Extremely poor customer service. Don’t ask for ketchup at the window or you will be barked at by the ketchup police. Not that it’s an inconvenience to grab a couple packets of ketchup and throw it in the bag but you would think that it would kill the Wendy’s workers to do so! I know good workers are hard to find but this lady is so angry she has no business working in any job that requires customer service!!!!!
I am posting a comment about the Wendys location on Burbank Road in Wooster. The manager that was working the evening shift yesterday was angry, rude and abrupt. I went thru the drive thru, and only wanted to ask for condiments... but the window was repeatedly slammed shut on me. I wasnt allowed to speak, and I was reprimanded for not asking for the condiments at the speaker. I will NOT be back. I will NOT encourage my teenager to persue working there, because I cannot imagine how this man treats the other employees.
Always love their burgers, and breakfast Baconators and Apple Pecan salads!!
Eric was very helpful when I called there before we headed out to dine there. got our orders right and everything was hot!

WORST FRIES EVER! HOW THE HELL DO I GET NASTY REHEATED FRIES WHEN YOU JUST STARTED MAKING THEM FOR THE DAY! I CAN ANSWER THIS BECAUSE YOU SAVED LAST NIGHT'S REPUGNANT STOCK THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE THROWN OUT!I WON'T ARGUE, WENDY'S DID HAVE THE BEST FRIES, FOR ABOUT A WEEK AND THEN THEY SWITCHED TO THE SAME SUPPLIER OF THEIR TERRIBLE BAKED POTATOES. COMPARE THE TASTE YOU WILL FIND I'M RIGHT.
I ordered cheese sauce for my fries and there was cheese sauce all over the fries and sandwich on the outside and the cheese sauce did not spill so the cheese sauce was spilt or they had it all over their hands either way it should have never been put in the bag that way
don't even try to go to this restaurant if your looking to use coupons or redeem points through the app. the cashiers don't know how to use them and instead of figuring it out or asking for help they will just stand there and look at you untill you pay full price. I sent my daughter today with a coupon for buy one premium sandwich get one for a dollar and I ordered 2 of the new cheddar bacon burgers. cashier just kept telling her she couldn't use a coupon twice. we never tried to use it twice. we was trying to use it for the 2 sandwiches like the coupon states. she didn't understand buy one at full price get one for a dollar. couldn't get her to understand. last time I ordered extra food so I redeem points. they couldn't figure out how to use the p.o.s system to redeem them so they just stood there and looked at me untill I just paid full price. I mean all I know how to do is scan on my side I can't run thier side too. ugh I give up with that place
Need more ketchup on burgers but fast friendly people otherwise
