I ordered a crispy chicken combo, with root beer and 2 sides of liquid cheese. I waited for it. When he brought it out my drink was missing. He was very nice went and got it. I checked my bag 1 more time. My cheese was missing. He went back in to get it. Apologizes and brings me a cookie and explains they were under staffed. I understand. I get home and my crispy chicken sandwich which was to just be a regular was A spicy chicken and I couldn't eat it. I had to throw. It way.
Went to this Wendy’s because it was the only place open this late at night. Their website says that they close at 1am, me and my friends got into the drive thru line at 12:20! When we pulled up to the speaker they told us they were closed because of short staff, even though they just served the 4 cars infront of us! Needless to say we will not be back at this Wendy’s! I understand there is a shortage of workers right now, but it doesn’t look good when you serve the cars in front of us and then all of a sudden are closed because your “short staffed” with 20 minutes till close
It was terrible! Poor service. Guy messed up order. One person out front to wait on people and 5-6 people back in prep area yelling at each other. One girl manager??? Yelling loudly at people. Dining area a mess. Pop machine covered in dried pop down the front. No napkins. Catsup area a mess!
Fries were very undercooked and my order was completely wrong. Nothing was fresh but the bags and napkins. Order large fry and wasn’t nearly filled like it should’ve been. Order burger with no tomato and add extra cheese and got neither but paid for it. Every time I crave something from here I’m always upset afterwards. Y’all must do better!!
Ask for a baconator meal… a meal over $11… I get a cheeseburger with half a container of fries. Mind you this is after we waited in line 30 minutes for the food. This is the FOURTH time in a row that my order has been wrong in a row! Ridiculous to spend that much on a fast food meal to have it wrong
They are slow. When asked they normally do not have the burgers ready..... they are always busy so how can you not have more meat. I use to work for wendy's and they should have a nice bit of meat going at all time if they are going to be busy. Trust me they know when they are going to be busy.
Sat in drive-thru 45 minutes on a Monday. Got home to eat and my order wrong imagine that! The chicken in my sandwich must have been cooked a week ago,if you call it chicken and not breading. So sad for a $10 sandwich
I ordered a Daves double meal, no cheese,no ketchup Also a chicken BLT.They gave a me a Dave’s double with no cheese and lots of ketchup. They forgot the chicken sandwich and the fries were cold. I asked for my chicken sandwich and hot fries, the guy said okay. He asked me to pull ahead, then the wait began…. It took 10 minutes to only get a plain chicken sandwich and still no fries.
I generally love Wendy's. Today the service was rude, the guy seemed annoyed with his customers like he didn't want to be there. He asked me to pull forward to wait on my food. So I did, nicely. I waited for 10 minutes just to get cold, old food that had been sitting. The bags say hot and crispy guaranteed, I think if the workers are not gonna care about the food they send out, they shouldn't have it on the bag. Fries were also cold and sitting. PLEASE STOP SERVING OLD FOOD. Throw it in the trash when it hits it's time up. It's not that hard to make fresh patties and fresh chicken !
Horrible customer service guy acted like he had better things to do then take our order we spent over $50 and do every time. All he would say was what else? When my husband asked for a manager he was told he’s on the phone finally talked to him and he said that’s how we’re trained and to top it off the food was cold and hard so beware if you go here and then when I called to explain that my food is cold the manager told me not to come back there and hung up on me!!!
