Came in party of 5 sat in a booth made for four, no table space, table and floor sticky, the mens restroom looks like a ta truck stop, has a paper towel dispenser, and sanitizer dispenser that are both empty, the food is absolutely disgusting! You would have better luck for a cleaner experience by putting a table up at waste management. Do not waste your time or money.
We arrived here and the place was almost empty but still took a few minutes to get seated. When we got seated the table was sticky and not clean. The servers were nice and kind that is the only reason I wouldn’t give this review a one star. Once we got the chips and “salsa” started eating I noticed the salsa tasted like ketchup that they added stuff to. It was disgusting. I ordered pulled pork with Mac and cheese and rice. The pulled pork was not seasoned and in spots not fully cooked and raw the BBQ sauce It reminded me of the taste of a tire. The Mac and cheese was room temperature and somewhat cold and tasted nasty. And all of this cost over $14 I would highly recommend steering clear of this place.
Tables and floor were dirty. No drink menu or ketchup bottle on the table so I had to get them from a different one. Got the wrong drink and was told was correct even though it didn't match the picture in color glass or presentation and clearlywas not. After deciding to drink it anyways I decided to drink it anyways and found a bug in the ice. Sad part was the food was good and waiter was nice but not enough to go back.
Awful! I ordered an unsweetened tea with a slice of lemon. Got an unsweetened tea with an orange slice!?!?! Got a taco salad and when I was almost done I bit into something rubbery and hard almost felt like a tiny bouncy ball.. I couldn't stomach to look to see i told my husband to pay so we could go.. I gagged all the way out of the restaurant to our car and threw up in front of our car ? all over my shoes I ended up leaving my shoes behind it was awful and 77 dollars for my husband and I as well as a child's meal for our 2 year old.. definitely over priced and plain out nasty. Will never return!
The best service I had a while. The servers really worked together as a team to make sure everyone was happy. The food was absolutely delicious. They always made sure our drinks were filled. It was just overall a great experience. Even busy everyone was stilled relaxed and making the environment a calm happy place. I will be recommending tumble weed to everyone.
Disgusting! Sweet tea tasted old, can't explain it. The burger was flavorless, the French fries tasted like they were cut two days ago and left out. The bacon was precooked bacon, the potatoe skins were burnt. Our server was good though ? let me add I watched one server kick a piece of paper three different times before the host noticed it and picked it up for her.
We came to Tumbleweed one weekend on a whim to try something new and it blew us away. Best restaurant in the area Mansfield/Ashland/Wooster driving area. Service is always exceptional (Issac was phenomenal) and super friendly. My wife and I go out of our way to come here. Food is always cooked perfectly and they will go off menu with no issues to serve you your preferences. We come here as often as we can and love it each time. Highly underrated and a must try if you are in the Burbank Rd area of Wooster. I cannot recommend this place enough.
We've eaten here numerous times since we moved to this area. We have truly enjoyed every dish that we've ordered from their menu (which is quite extensive!). The service is good but slow during busy times. Our favorite has been the fajitas which we split and still have plenty to take home! You won't go wrong at this culinary experience.
Solid choice for standard Tex-Mex fare, affordable prices, large portions. Service was great. Great place for a family, laid back relaxed atmosphere. You get what you pay for, and if this is in your price range, you’ll be fine.
Gloria our server was awesome but the food sucks. Kitchen was slow, coffee was room temperature, croutons were sweet, chips n salsa was bland. Steak and baked potato was okay. Margaritas were good. But should have stayed in and cooked.
