1 star rating here ?Highly disappointed, why you may ask?My crunch wrap was nothing but lettuce, and a pound of sour cream with a scoop of beef in the corner. It was cold like it was made a day ago, my nacho fries… cold as well even the nacho cheese. DO BETTER TACO BELL.
The food was mediocre for Taco Bell food. I got a beef and bean burrito add potatoes and those potatoes were so HARD I truly had to rip my burrito open and take out ALL the 'taters' so I didn't break anymore teeth not even a joke. The only redeeming thing were actually the plain tacos my fiance and I got. Though it's still upsetting to pay almost $8 for 1 burrito with potatoes and it was so tiny like half the size of McDonald's breakfast burritos. I believe that is ridiculous. I tried to call but the phone rang and rang and just kept on ringing. I should have given them 1⭐ but I was generous given them 3⭐.
For being close to 9:30PM, they had a line of 4 or 5 ahead of us but didn't wait too long. They have DOWNSIZED portions but still charge the same price **Pic below is the new size**--> (ie. NACHO BELL GRANDE) and use cardboard side cups for nacho cheese, sour cream etc. Which sticks to it and if you intend to use later, you will have cardboard in your side of cheese/sour cream etc(BAD IDEA!!)
Service was extremely slow which is expected at 11:30 on a Monday, however, the drive-thru was moving very quickly but it took 30 minutes for me to get a couple tacos and nacho fries which all ended up being ice cold for some reason. I also ordered a coffee and paid for it and when I asked for it was told they don't carry coffee. I'm very confused since it is on the menu and I paid more for it. No offer to refund it, just that they don't have it.
Understaffed and slow. Not an enjoyable experience to deal with especially with so called "fast food". It's actually very slow. Ordered food at 4:04 PM a moderate order of about 20$. Finally got it at 4:34pm. Yeah that's right a 30 minute wait on taco bell. Seemed like the staff were caring more about chatting with each other than actually getting food out the door or the drive through. Saw one guy leave because of the wait and I was about ready to start steering others away out of courtesy for their time. There's better Mexican food that taco bell here with better service like El Tapatio , Salsa Roja and El Campiseno. Go to one of them instead the food is better and you'll get your food significantly faster.Written 4/7/2022
The best Taco Bell I've ever been to as far as food quality. Usually plesant staff as well
Yummy to the tummy, but damn can they get consistent with their hours and get rid of the line that is sometimes 20 cars long
I have begun to dread going here. They open and close at random hours it seems. Sometimes I’ll come at 8pm and they are closed, sometimes they’re open until midnight. You never know when you can get food in the afternoon because they are randomly open. They always mess up at least one thing in my order.
Horrible experience with online ordering. Screwed up my order and had to run back, and let rest of the food get cold. People didn't really seem to be in any hurry or concern to fix it.Use to have amazing group of workers now it's bad. Next time going to other end of town
Gotta love tacos even if they got a mess of a dinning room hire more people maybe a greater would do the job.
