I placed an order through Door Dash for a 12 inch turkey on flat bread with extra meat, toasted. I got a 12 inch flatbread, cold, and it had ham on it. I have been trying to get someone to answer the phone at Subway to correct the issue, and no one will answer the phone. I'm at work, so I can't leave to go get a replacement sub, and Door Dash just wants to give me a $3.38 dash credit to use. Ridiculous.
They said they was out of lettuce olives and Italian herbs and cheese bread etc. didn’t heat up the meat didn’t contact to see what kinda bread I wanted just gave me Italian then didn’t even contact me to ask what I wanted on my sub since they was out of the stuff?

Remote area out in the country near two major hotels. Great service and excellent food. Very patient with customers unfamiliar with Subway.
I was here for a pick up orderIt was already 10 minutes late. When I told the person I was here for my order, they told me that they didn't even start it yet, and then proceeded to help everyone else in line. Instead of me, even though I was here before the rest of them

10am and I asked if they were open and the lady rudely pointed at the bread she was putting in the oven and said extremely rudely that she just got here. Hours say they open at 6! Definitely won't come back or recommend!!
I don't know who the short blonde girl is that works there but she was very rude. Asked if she could do my bread a certain way, all she said was no. Didn't ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted, just threw it in the oven and when I asked for mayonnaise, she scraped the bare minimum out of the container and said there was no more. And with an attitude the entire time. Completely lost my appetite and my service. This isn't the first time she's waited on me either and she's been rude every single time. Very displeased.
