Our new favorite pizza place! Their sauce is amazing, a little on the sweeter side. We get sheet pizzas for birthday parties and it's always a hit! Nothing else in this area compares. I highly recommend it!
Don't get me wrong I love romeos pizza!!However, the consistency at this store specifically is sub par at best. I have had to call 2-3 times since this locations opening about how my order was not up to my standards. The answer has never been, "I'm sorry to hear that,.. What would you have us do differently next time"?...The answer is always a list of excuses for why something was not done satisfactorily. I mean I don't even want anything for free, or anything like that, just to be actually heard and sure that they do better in the future on every customers order.... but this is constantly met with excuses and NO Apology....?? What is wrong with people who answer phones these days...? Customer service is #1...

I was staying at the Comfort inn in Wooster and figured I'd order a pizza. Out of habit I opened the Domino's app. FORTUNATELY for me they don't deliver to my location. I asked the front desk and they told me about Romeo's. So I ordered a large butcher block I think is the name of it and I was thoroughly and completely hooked. Friendly people on the phone and the delivery guy was also friendly I am so glad that the other pizza place would not deliver I had a very good pizza probably one of the best ones I've ever had thank you Romeo's

A couple weeks ago we ordered a pizza, a couple subs and stromboli. One of the subs had black olives on it that was not supposed to. (I placed order online and even double checked before placing it to make sure I had it right) If this had been the only issue with our order I would have just picked them off and never mentioned it.
