The associates where friendly and helpful. I felt welcome. I would have given 5 stars but the tea container had just enough in it to fill my small cup about half way. I let then know it was empty but noone refilled it. Very disappointing, the sweet tea when its there i quite tasty. We were there for a little over an hour. I was elated with my meal. Steak sandwich, fries and sweet tea. The fries were perfect, the sandwich was very good. Nice seasoning, a decent amount of toppings and mayo, heated just enough. The multi grain bread was toasted just right and was very tasty.

Don’t go if it’s a meal time or you want your food made right. Penn stations food is normally delicious but for the third time we have tried to go at lunch time. Today’s experience consisted with the complete wrong sandwich, the manager sitting while talking on speakerphone, and the staff portraying that they don’t care. I get that places are understaffed, but this was a lack of management and leadership. If you want penn station get it while you’re out of Wooster because you’ll be disappointed in this location.
1st visit was okay. 2nd visit was outstanding. 3rd visit the girl behind the counter stated that she was "on break", but still working. Meanwhile, the other girl thought it was more important to go outside and vape. The young gentleman that worked there was sitting at the back table, not doing anything. 3 employees, 1 customer and no one else in the building. I wasn't about to wait for them to take my order with so many restaurants around, I left...
The quality of food has really gone down hill. Was great when it first opened, now it's mediocre at best. Service is still good and friendly staff however. Just needs a little more attention to detail.
never again will i spend 45.00 to have food no one can eat. your app stinks and when it makes an error its the customer who suffers. call them and told too bad. never never never again. corporate better pay attention.....
Really good cheesesteak top 5 for me. Lemonade the first time I went was really good but wasn't good this time around. I would put this over subway and Jimmy johns maybe firehouse. Only sub place I would want over this would be jersey Mike's. But this place doesn't have a ton of variety but it's very good at what it does.
$18 for a regular sized meal for 1. Was given the most sloppy sandwich. Fries old and soggy. Not worth it.
Service and food was great. Restaurant was clean and well maintained.I visited in January of 2022.
Wanted to order today - was greeted when we walked in. Literally stood at the register waiting to order for 10 minutes with no one in line ahead of us. The cook was taking care of all the online orders and totally ignored us. We asked if they wanted to take our order and got no response. We walked out and went to Five Guys instead. We were in and out there with our food in less than 15 minutes!
