Only thing good was the sauce tasted the same, what there was of it. Otherwise, can't afford gas station (thin, cheap) pizza at this price. Extra sauce and tomatoes didn't happen. Was charged though. Very disappointed.
Stopped by the store and ordered in person. Was waiting in the car for my food to be ready, and they just went ahead and brought it out to me. Delicious as always.
Food ordered was ready on time, staff very nice and helpful with questions I had while ordering. Thanks, friendliness made a difference ?
Picked my order up promptly and the pizza was cold, as if it had not finished baking. Breadsticks still raw dough in the middle. Random ingredients strewn about in my pizza, makes me doubt the cleanliness of this place.
After a long day at work without eating.. while driving home hangry I stopped 1 minute before closing time I happen to see the still serving sign on as I past, although they just were leaving the girl was so kind she offered me her own food i declined but uf everyone was as kind & professional as her that would be great.
We ordered a pizza lovers here in Wooster and we was very disappointed in this $16.00 medium pizza. Hardly had any sauce or cheese, very sub standard. Papa John's use to be my favorit but the past 3 years has been bad, this is the 2nd time I've ordered pizza and both times was very disappointed.
On Friday night at about 10p we ordered two pizzas for delivery to a local hotel. The pizzas were on time and tasted great. Everything was as we expected and hoped. The delivery driver was polite. Overall, great experience.
I previously ordered from here often but my last order upset me. They got my order wrong (was suppose to be thin crust square cut but was delivered regular crust and not cut at all). When I called in they said they would credit the money back to me. Been over a month and never got a credit. Haven't purchased from them since.
Had not purchased any pizza from them for quite some time for the Customer service and even the pizza left a lot to be desired, things are headed in the right direction now with the new management.
