I ordered soup and a sandwich for delivery this evening. I enjoyed the meal until experiencing a strange snap between my teeth after taking a bite of soup. Lo and behold, it was a beetle. A flour beetle, by the look of it.You’d think a bug that small wouldn’t taste so bad, but you’d be wrong! He was packed with a surprising amount of bitter juice to complement the Cream Of Chicken and Wild Rice…I love Panera’s soup, but what can I say? This kind of thing is a real put off. I hope this location’s staff does a thorough check of their rice and flour to check for any more storage insects.

I went yesterday and ordered mac and cheese and the Fuji apple salad. I asked for no Gorgonzola and no onions on my salad. The sound was going to be my lunch today. When I opened up my salad there were onions in it. I guess my mistake for not checking before I left there. But the mac and cheese was divine
Food was great and customer service was excellent. Always a great experience.
First time trying. Not impressed by any measure. Over priced for what you get.And in my opinion, it was dirty. Not kept up at all. Wont be returning.

Stacey was awesome! Running the cash register, taking orders and doing food prep/smoothies. Theyre short staffed like most everyone. Stacey was hustling and had a great attitude!
A little on the pricey side but tasty. Chicken noodle soup did not taste homemade. Coffee is always good and refills are free.
We had large order with 14 orders in it and they had it ready on time and everything was correct! Thank you so much! We'll be back again!! :)
