The food was really good. I had wings, onion rings, and local IPA. The price was okay. I really liked how the inside was done and the outdoor seating. I was disappointed in how long it took to get the food. Had the food not been so good, I would have lowered the score. They did explain that the were understaffed, causing the delay. Maybe another day will be quicker service.
Upon arrival we waited ~5 minutes to be greeted/seated. I noticed two employees behind the bar chatting-never acknowledging us. We asked for two highchairs-they have ONE. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Have you ever heard of twins!? This is incredibly poor. I made sure before coming they have a childrens menu and figured they would also have seating for them. Instead I was unable to enjoy my meal whilst having two one year olds in booster chairs. Although the food and service were great, I will not be returning and would not recommend to families!
Maybe it was just an off day- but the food took close to an hour to get us. Maybe we just picked the worst menu items but the pizza was so dry and ultra thin. Crust was burnt in most places. My husband’s burger was 10 inches high, extremely over stuffed with crispy onions and completely impossible to eat like a normal sandwich- what is the point of a monstrosity tower like that?? Needless to say we’ll be avoiding.
The foods fantastic! With out a doubt it’s one of my favorite places to eat in Wooster. Honestly, I’ve never had anything there I didn’t like. The atmospheres great & they have a very wide variety of beers/drinks in general. The bars huge & they have some really big tables for oversized parties. They also have a party/meeting room for special occasions.The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to employment being super slow. I know things are slow right now, but we finished eating & waited just shy of 40 min to get pay our bill & get out. As we left people waiting on a table left as well. They waited 1 hour before deciding to go to Applebees
Don’t really recommend. Very short staffed. We had a party of 12 and they couldn’t accommodate all at 1 table, so some of us sat at the bar. Waited a very long time before a hostess even came to take our name. Average to below average food. Sorry, but I’d definitely choose another option in town.

OK, the place is eye candy. Lots of antiques/old signs to gawk at. One of the longest bars I've ever seen. I get that places are having difficulty in hiring staff and this leads to lag times in service. They even had a sign on the door advising that they are closed at certain times because of a lack of staffing. It did take a little longer than we are used to to be seated and served, but I'll give them a pass on that. My son and I tried the chili. It was so-so. More like ground beef than chili, my opinion. We tried the potato skins. Presentation made them appear they come pre-made and frozen, but I don't know that for a fact. I've had better. I had the Mandarin Chicken Salad. It was fabulous. Son had the Mexican Pizza. It was so dense, he was only able to eat 2 slices, and he's a growing 17 year old! Took the rest home. He said it was "fine." Spouse had the Steak Salad, requested the steak to be cooked medium. It came out medium well and tough, difficult to cut. When asked if everything was ok, wife did mention the issue with the steak but when the waitress offered to have it re-done, wife declined to do anything about it. So that's on her. Nearly $75 out the door with tip and no alcohol. Experience was all over the map.
Been to Muddys many times and have always had a good meal. Large portions and creative sandwiches make up for the lack of staff here but no matter what, you will not leave hungry. I strongly recommend The Hangover for breakfast!!!
Service was slower than molasses. Food was good and hot unlike the building, it was very cold. And their parking lot, walkway, and entrance hadn't been cleared from all the snow we got recently. Very disappointing.
