Let me tell you.... if I could give you less then one star I would. My husband came through the drive through yesterday morning and grabbed a platter for my 1 1/2 year old. The biscuit had mold on it and when I called and spoke to whoever answered the phone (claiming to be the general manager) flat out told me there was no mold on it when I just wanted him to make sure no one else got one! The east Lincoln way McDonald's is the worst.... you could have simply apologized and that would have been fine. You didn't need to be so rude frfr
I can only give a 2 star & not suretheydeserve that many.The employees were hateful, ignored thecustomers & the manager spoke to themrudely.Food was barely Luke WarmThe only good thing is they have TruckParking.
3 times in a row they have messed up my order. And the food was cold. Not coming back here again.
Ordered through the mobile app. Checked in and sat for 20 minutes before I finally called and asked if they had gotten my order and check in. Was told yes they were fixing to bring it to me. We'll it was brought out and was wrong and stuff was also missing. Finally got it fixed. Horrible!!
For fast food they need someone on register to help I stood there for about 5 mins and the girl that helped was a nasty grouch ,like I was interupting her day .
Had semi truck parking which was a positive when ordering Food they didn’t charge me extra for things like lettuce or mayo which is different than other McDonald’s thanks for keeping some money in my pocket
Kinda slow and since when did they decrease sizes of everything? I guess I don't eat fastfood much if ever, so I notice differences more. It's not a knock against this place in general but McDonalds isnt what it used to be....AND much more expensive.
Look it's McDonald's, you already know what to expect when you pull in. They're pretty much the same everywhere but the people are not. The worker's here were very friendly and pleasant to deal with.
Waited so long in the drive through I dozed off.
Did drive- thru. It was fast and the food was actually hot. The fries were fresh, big plus for me. I actually don't live close to this location but I'm glad I stopped.
