If you're looking for a fast food restaurant that will leave you feeling disappointed and unfulfilled, McDonald's is the place for you! The food is greasy and unhealthy, the service is always slow and frustrating, and the restaurant is always dirty. Overall, McDonald's is a terrible choice for a meal, no matter how quick and cheap it may be.
I arrived at the drive through at 10:51pm. They took the mama order in front of me but not my order. They said they were “closed”. Yeah maybe at 11:00 pm. I had drove 35 minutes just for them to close? I think not. It doesn’t matter if it was close to closing time it wasn’t 11 yet. When I worked at McDonald’s we strictly had to take everyone’s order that was in line before closing time before we could say we were closed. Poor customer service and pure laziness
We ordered a number 7 which has 2 cheese burgers and a small fry and came with a drink and for the drink we ordered a vanilla iced coffee which we got that then we ordered a caramel mocha iced coffee which was supposed to be a medium and we got a small frappe or what ever then we told them it wasn’t right and they still processed to give me the wrong drink cause they got mad at us.WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!
They have a hard time getting the order right even when it's simple. This one has a reputation and it's hard not to think it's true.
I waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes then they finally took my order and they gave me the wrong one and I had to sit in the drive thru for another 20 minutes and this all happened when they had no cars at there windows and i had to get out and walk up to the window to get my order
I'm new to town but I've worked for McDonald's in my hometown for 3 years & I don't think I've been to a more sloppy & rude McDonald's before. you would think where yall are located at the workers would be more educated on service. ? if you go here expect your food to be very messy and almost impossible to eat without 118262611 napkins (if they give you any) and the workers to be just as bad. friendly tip, if you don't want to work food service/vustomer service. DONT. I seen that almost every place in this city is hiring, opportunities are endless.
Sometimes a little shaky on the service. It can be hit or miss on the quality, however the staff is friendly and the customers usually mach that energy. There is a group of regulars that frequently occupies the lobby and will gossip about things around the town, you can almost always expect to see them early on in the day.
I had a McDouble 86 the cheese add Xtra pickles and a large fry, while my fiance had a fish and she shared the large fry with me. It was pretty good this time around! Oh and I had a large caramel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle and caramel syrup it was the BOMB DIGGITY!
At this McDonald's they don't want there drive-thru times to be outrageous so if you pull up to the window and they don't have you're order ready they pull you over and make you wait for 10 or 15 cars to pull through and get their food, before they come out and give you yours, I went through there and ordered 2 McDoubles, 2 mcchickens,, and 2 large cokes and waited 20 min for them to bring my food out, my lunch is only 30 minutes so thanks to this place I didn't have time to eat without wolfing it down.
McDonald's is the greatest place to relax have a cup of coffee and chillax. You always seem to run into someone you know there .great place great service great people
