Rare 5 star. Genuinely the best dining experience I've had since the start of the pandemic. Service was wonderful, food was exceptionally prepared.I'd noticed quality seems to have slipped at a lot of places since COVID. This Longhorn was a much needed relief from that and it was the best $110 I've spent for 3 people. Prices might be a little high, but I certainly didn't feel cheated, like some places.
Our hosts name was Dan. He was very professional. It was my mother's birthday and there were seven of us in all. When Dan came out with the crew with the birthday song and ice cream sundae for mom it made her day. The food was awesome . The service was awesome . It was a great time had by all and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone
Been to this location a couple of time over the past month for business reasons and impressed with the staff and food. Consistently prepared to expectations, healthy portion sizes and awesome customer service!
The best steak around. Everyone very pleasant. Attention to detail all the way. Come here every year on my birthday and as always they didn't disappoint. Ryan is the best server. Kudos to him. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
NOT friendly to groups. We had a party of 11, 9 adults and 2 kids. They refused to seat us together. They refused to even try to seat us close. They won’t make reservations.The food has always been great here when we came as a couple and the waitresses are lovely.But the manager clearly doesn’t want groups here and made ZERO effort to be accommodating.
Carry out order. Spent $57 for two dinners. Chicken tenders not done. One baked potato missing. The second was cold/hard. Salads were packed on top of the warm food. I will have a difficult time ordering again.
Our server was Felicia and she was fabulous. Took very good care of us. Started with the Firecracker Wrap appetizer. Very tasty. Son had the ribeye and Mac N Cheez. Said it was good. Wife and I both had the Chicken Strawberry Salad. She thought it was good, I thought it was great. A little over $100 with one beer on the tab.
Absolutely amazing service! Food was spot on and our server was excellent. The manager Chris hand delivered the food to our table and was a joy to have great conversation with. If your in the neighborhood I highly recommend!
The greeting from the ladies at the door to the bartender, to our waitress was awesome. Everyone was friendly and courteously. Our dinners was great. The longhorn wings appetizer was very delicious.
Went about 4pm on a Saturday. More crowded than I thought it would be.His order a little under cooked. By the time it hit the table again, I was finished and his was tough.Service was outstanding. When check came his dinner was already comped.That customer service negates ir being a chain steak house....cause you just want a steak.
