Pretty irritating that I get there tonight at 9:40 to walk in and grab a pizza and they are already closed. Website says that they are open until 10. The employee that is INSIDE of the store walks over to the door, looks at my daughter as she is trying to get in, and turns around and walks away. Could have taken 10 seconds, popped the door open, and explained why they closed early. Nope. Looks right at her and just nonchalantly walks away. Another group came up to the door after us and was upset too that they were closed. Not a good way to run a business and definitely not the way to keep customers.
Garbage pizza and garbage service… haven’t gotten it in years thought try again wow I was wrong. Ordered online and still waited over 30 minutes past time total of 68 mins for pizza( hot n ready) B**** please… waited in line 20mins to ask about my order, thin older blonde at register didn’t even care to hear me out completely before telling me to move to the side so people can order…. Excuse me I’m next customer what?! What if my pizza was behind you, you didn’t know! Make me wait more time while others order when I at least took time order online…. That was worst part experience the woman who needs more training and can’t handle crowd control… yikes little careless pizza
This store is absolutely pointless!! They will never answer the phone, so you are forced to go to the store to order. The staff are always rude and act like you being there to get food is a annoyance and on top of everything today they decided to not be open with zero signs on the door to at least explain why. if it was possible to give negative stars I would.
Just left the Wooster branch. After waiting for almost one hour for 2 boxes of pizza , then , they made mistake with the order. No apology given .
I placed an order on the app around 7:16 pm on Friday March 4 to be picked up and I called on my way letting them know I was coming to get my pizza and they told me they closed an hour earlier for maintenance and I was told I can’t get a refund for my order till the next morning so I’m not really happy with this pizza place and once I get my refund I won’t be back for quite sometime.
Not open their posted hours. Door locked and employee inside says closed sorry, but there’s signs everywhere saying they should be open. At least put a sign on the door?
Staff was doing their very best to keep up being a completely new staff. Robert (Manager in training) has great potential and his attitude was wonderful.

Straight garbage service. It was packed in such a small place and I could hear the staff in the back yelling and swearing. I ordered on the app, once my order was done it alerted me that I can pick it up. Get inside the store and have several items missing. I had ordered 4 two liters of pop in which they were out of. I asked for a refund in which I was told we can't do that because I ordered from the app. At $3.00 a piece for a two liter that's just crazy to tell your customers. I will never order from this location ever again. Avoid at all cost.
Ordered two pizzas and crazy bread. Paid with a debit card.. was told by an employee named Jeffrey that I had 6 to 8 minutes to wait. Came back in 7 minutes later he asked how he could help me. I then said I'm the one that ordered two hot and readys and crazy bread and he then gave me a blank stare like he had no idea what I was talking about. And then basically said as much. I told him that was fine I wanted his manager's name and number. Which he had a very difficult time locating, so in turn he gave me someone else's name and phone number. Absolutely what an abomination.
