I've been trying to set up catering for a work event. Online ordering isn't working so I have been calling this location since they opened at 11. No answer. Is this location closed? They are about to lose a $500 order.

Great subs, they blow Subway out of water every time. Very fast service.Update April 14th 2020 individual came out $5 short to change a $20 and I had to wait for him to run back in and waste more of my time.
Been out for delivery for over 45 minutes
The lights were on and two men were standing in the store. Google said they were open. It was 35 degrees outside. My 74 year old Mother went to the door to try and get a sandwich. At first they ignored her. When she persisted to knock on the door they started laughing at her. I have never witnessed such rude behavior from a Jimmy John's. I took my mother elsewhere and we will never return to this horrible establishment. Jimmy Johns should be ashamed of this franchise. I will be forwarding this to corporate. How dare you treat any woman like this, especially my Mother!
Our family always get sandwhiches at store 2582 Wooster Ohio and have always been every pleased Todays order....my 6inch turkey sandwhich contained one slice of turkey.Very unhappy with the quality of this sandwhich. A "WiSh" sandwhich
It is a good place to come and a lot of the employees are friendly and nice. The food was delicious and tasty.
