Well..... After being told to be there at 5:30 to pick up, we were indeed at the window promptly at 5:30. We were then told we were 10 minutes early. I said, "it's 5:30 now". She said we go by our clock and you're early; drive around the block. At the window at 5:40, we received our food. This practice means that every customer will be 10 minutes early and have to drive around another ten minutes waiting. This was our first visit and we should have read the reviews before we made the choice. Dining room closed. You've been warned. Shame really.
They used to be the best subs in Wooster. Under new ownership their quality control is questionable. Customer service is poor when they make a mistake on their end. The quality of meat is not good. Tough and a lot of "rubber bands"!
Called and got the recording and says they are done taking orders for the day but they are open until 8pm here it is 5:16. I've been trying for many different weekends to gett food but when they should be open you drive there they are closed. Begining to think they are closed down. Business isn't near what it use to be any more ?
We have been wanting to try these subs for 7 years. Finally in town (we live 45 mins away), so decided to stop by. Tried to go get subs at 6:15pm on a Saturday. The store was closed. No notice as to why they closed early. A man walking around inside so we called thinking maybe we could go through the drivethru. No answer, just rang to voicemail saying they were closed after it CLEARLY stated they were open until 7pm.
I called ahead (25 minutes before closing) to get a Cheese steak and Onion Rings I was there 10 minutes before they closed and the door was locked and no one would come to the window, they were in there just ignored me. I've been coming to this place for over 40 yrs and it sure isn't the same as it used to be. This is not the first time that there's been a problem.
Hometown favorite!!! Loyal customers since the mid 1980's. Awsome food, hard working, polite staff, best Philly cheese steaks around bar none!!! Keep up the great job!!!

We all love the food very good if you say leave something off they do you ask for your fair fries not burnt then they don't burn them. So yummy
