We had the BEST experience last night at Hartzler’s. Jacob took wonderful care of my family. He impacted us by going the extra mile to put a smile on my girl’s faces. He was so thoughtful and went above and beyond for them to get the cotton candy flurries that they had hoped for! I was unhappy here and so let down. Had heard so much about this place. We arrived at 6:30 for a 7pm close... Had to change order 3x due to that's cleaned or not using because we're closing. Took chairs away from tables... Told waiting room closes at 6:45. Won't make the drive again.

Recently moved to Ohio and seen this milk and tried it and wow best chocolate milk or any kind of milk I’ve had in my entire life! By far my favorite drink I could easily drink a gallon a day if I could. Theses cows produce such amazing milk and other products everything is super delicious! Cannot wait to go down to Wooster Ohio to meet and try all their products and hopefully see these amazing cows!

Stopped in today with my dad for the first time after buying some glass eggnog bottles at a thrift store a few weeks back and google searching the place a finding it we decided to make the hour trip. Sure glad we did the staff was very friendly and the milk is so good I got the whole milk, chocolate milk , black raspberry milk and the orange cream milk. The orange cream was my favorite out of them all they should definitely sell it in a bigger bottle. I will definitely be making a trip back to get more milk try the food and get an ice cream cake.
