Called first to see if they would make a pbj pizza I was told yes. We got there and the waitress came over slammed our drinks threw our straws. I said are you ok she looked at me with an evil look and said what do you want to eat. I said a BLT sub and a pbj pizza no she said I'm not making that because of the pb shortage I said well I called they said they could make it she replied their just kids what do you expect really you talk as bout your employees like that. She needs an attitude adjustment or don't work with customers. We walked out.
The food was great. The waitress however was rude from the moment we arrived. She would slam things and spoke very directly. It look as though she was going to hit one of our party members.This restaurant is usually a favorite on our yearly trip, unfortunately not this year.
Wooster, OH EOC Pizza- I ordered a 6" 7-layer veggie sub, no cheese and extra veggies...$8. Walked in to pick it up and what I heard was an unfriendly "Hang on" from the woman standing there making pizzas. I understand being short staffed, but being unfriendly to a customer is rude and uncalled for! So that's not the half!...I unwrapped the sub to eat it and the roll was burnt...not just brown...burnt! There was hardly any veggies, but sloppy with sauce, AND CHEESE! I wasn't about to turn around and go back and for $8, I choked it down. Looks like Shreve will get my business from now on! They are friendly, make better subs, and cheaper!
usually i have good food here but ordered a taco pizza in a bowl..worst idea ever, it arrived and was like a salsa soup, barely any meat, barely anything it was overwhelmed by salsa and i wasn't a fan..also ordered cinnabon things and they were hard as a rock...money down the drain.
This is the second time I've had issues . Food was good. But they forgot my tea. I called right after I got my order then called again and he said he's on the road with it . So called 11:16, 11:50 and it finally arrives at 12:15 when I wasn't but 2 miles away from the pizza shop.
Order tower it was good. Order Italian sub and it only had a thin slice of. Ham on no salami no pepperoni no tomato no onion and about half bottle of Italian dressing was very disappointed I just won't order subs their anymore
I order from here time to time i ordered a 12 sub meatball a medium taco pizza and a small peanut butter and jelly pizza and it took an hour and 30min got food sub was cold my taco pizza had onions and ordered with out peanut butter and jelly pizza was bad have picture called back in the lady was very rude and i will not order from the wooster Ohio store ever again and i will not recommend east of Chicago. Very disappointed
This is general from us at Chevrolet of Wooster, we eat here all the time, they always go above for us, if there is ever an issue they do more then necessary to make it right, alwAys 5 stars from us!
Rude waitress, our order was apparently forgotten because food took forever to come out, wings came out after we were done with pizza because "they take longer to cook". Obviously, they didn't want our business. Rude and yelling the whole time. Annoying.
One of my 'go to' pizza places. It's always fresh and doesn't take forever for delivery.
