I placed my order online as a walk-in. Get to Dunkin and the line is wrapped almost to the street… park, walk to the door and it is locked. I was on my way to work and did not have time to wait in the line to receive my order. Tried calling to get a refund and of course the phone lines are disconnected. I try to have grace as I work in retail as well, but remove the walk-in option from the app then. OR, have some way for the customers to contact the business to issue a refund.
I am rewriting this review since...well... sometimes things change. Pre-covid this was a great Dunkin to stop at. In the past 2 years I feel like this has really gone downhill. Ive had brewed black coffee that tastes bad, donuts filled with the wrong thing, rude staff, long lines, and less often a good experience. This used to be my favorite, but any more I'm only frequenting the locations in other towns.
everytime i go to this location i ask for less ice, and it is always filled to the tippy top of the cup, dunkin’ DONUTS had no donuts.
Had iced coffee and it was definitely delicious! very courteous service and I will definitely be going back again next week!!!
Not a fan of Duncan coffee it could be stronger in my opinion but The service was fast and friendly and Being kind is important especially in the morning
This is the 5th or 6th time I’ve been to this location as I don’t live locally. Each and every time I’ve been here. I order a simple/plain black coffee. Easy! It’s their “core” business after all, coffee! Not even fufu coffee.Each time, I’ve had to wait at least 10+ minutes! Today was no exception. No one else ahead of me in the store. And 3 cars in the drivethru. It was roughly 2:20pm. There were at least 7 employees running around doing “something”, which looked like chaos. I inquired what was taking so long to get a simple hot coffee and the shift leader said they were understaffed and that “if I could do better, I should try”. This location is the absolute slowest and worst I’ve ever seen. I will gladly never return. And if you value your own time, you should also avoid. I give this place a -5 stars.
If I’m paying 22 dollars (DoorDash fees) I would at least like my drink to be full.
Every time I go thru they're never serving the Baskin Robbins side. Just close it at this point if you never serve it.

My friends and I up here at Pilot would love thatYou would have a lot of business up here. Lots of traffic.Alwaways people wanting items that you have.Please. There is an old Burger King building standing empty that you could buy.
