stood in line for about 30 minutes. very slow servers working on line.
How do you run a restaurant and only have cheese for online orders .this is ridiculous and I'm a loyal 2 times a week customer who won't be back. The manager was rude and ignorant. I normally would not complain if it was handled better period.
Fast, good food. No forks though lots people wating for their online order. Highly recommend just going in.
We ordered and had food delivered a few months ago and I called in after getting our order because the burritos were the size of a .59 cent Taco Bell taco. They refunded the entire order and assured me they were going to retrain the staff for delivery orders. Last night we ordered again. My burrito bowl had about the same portion as last time even though we had ordered extra chicken, but was covered in probably about a full pound of cheese and barely edible. Normally I wouldn't complain at all, however it has happened twice in a row now.
Mixed reaction sometimes the quality of ingredients is lacking. Case in point a steak burrito that was mostly trim and gristle. However another time a fairly good quesadilla.
Ordered 2 chicken burritos and an order of 3 chicken tacos. One of the burritos we received was steak and had a ton of toppings we didn’t order so definitely not ours. My tacos had hardly any meat and the lettuce and cheese were just thrown on top instead of in the tacos. And all of our food was cold and I picked it up 3 minutes before the pickup time! This is why I hardly ever go here anymore bc something is always wrong with our food!
Had to wait 20 min on the meal which I had ordered online. Didn't think the food had much flavor and there was not much meat in the burrito and lots of beans and rice. (More profit for them). I was impressed with how fast the workers were otherwise I would only give 1 star. I also do not agree with their anti agriculture agenda.
Things were slow but seemed a bit chaotic when I went in on a Tuesday evening.Food was fine in the end, but I had to reiterate 3 parts of my order to 3 different people who had my bowl handed off to them without communication from the person prior on the line.Perhaps a shift change was the cause?
I picked my food up at 3:40pm today, I will have to say this is the best chipotle I’ve had in a while. The team/shift that is there working right now is on it. Everything tasted fresh and it was just all around good! Sooo thank you to whoever was on that shift! ?
Ordered take out. Food sat for a long time because the name was not placed on the bag. A could of orders were made incorrectly, and the burritos were not identified, even though the app requires you to name them. They were incredibly busy, so some things were understandable, but I wish they had offered to re-make the food fresh since it sat over 20 minutes because of no name on the order and no one available to help.
