Moved to the area almost a year ago and have tried this Burger King 3-4 times since then and every time the drivethru workers have been the rudest fast food employees I have ever interacted with. I’m done with this place. This is not only the worst BK I have ever been to but the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any establishment. There are so many more food options around, it’s not worth your time or money.
They always get my order correct. Fast and friendly staff!
Every time I eat here I get great service and great food. My food is always hot and fresh. I love this place. I’ve gone to many other burger kings and never got better service
Food is decent but the drive through worker had a bad attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day, however they were not busy at all so I don't think that had anything to do with it. 1/13/22
The associate taking my order must have been having a bad day . No smile and grumpy .
Boy talk about rude drive thru worker. It's not my fault you people don't know what's on your own coupons. Next time a drive thru person gets attitude I'll just report you to bbb
Original chicken sandwich, I use to love those things. Now they're dry salt bomb sandwiches.
Good service food was hot and correct. The self service drink machine is still off so you have to ask for refills.
Always forgets items when I order. Horrible customer service.
Any time they screw up your order don't expect any sympathy from them. I've worked fast food before and this is probably the most disrespectful place I've ever been to. I'll be boycotting them forever.
