I would recommend going to the Burger King on Burbank Rd. in Wooster Ohio..I said that to say this, everytime I have asked for fresh hot chicken nuggets, I seem to always get the ones that's been sitting. This time, I learned my lesson
Every time I go to this Burger King, they’re so rude. I don’t frequent Burger King so I usually need a moment to look over the menu. They immediately ask what you would like to order and when I politely ask for one moment to look over the menu they give you about 5 seconds before they ask if they can help you find anything in an annoyed tone. There is never a long line, or anyone in line for that matter. All they care about is getting your order to get you out of there quickly so they can sit around doing nothing again. They actually put effort into being careless, as even our napkins were balled up like someone blew their nose in them, crushed them into a ball and then put them in the bag. Can’t believe this place is even still in business

Food was like warm and and fries cold. This wasn't the first time either. Last time it was the burger that was so cool I nearly returned it and I never do that.
My experience at this Burger King was the best experience I've had at a restaurant period. The young man behind the counter was friendly and reminded me of myself in my younger days (well groomed and easy to look at). We struck up a conversation about Marxist theory while I waited for my food and I'm sure we converted some of the workers into our ideas and ideals. Three mangers were present each of them more friendly than the last. They reminded me of the three wise men who visited Jesus when he was born, except that the were women and did not carry gold, frankincense, and myrr but instead fries, jalapeño bites and nuggets. They gave me a $500 gift card and said I was welcome back any time. Whopper was cold.
I love coming to this Burger King! The staff is very friendly and it has been a welcoming improvement!!! Keep up the good work guys!
Went through the drive thru and my order was wrong. Went inside 3 times hoping each time the order had been corrected. The last time i called and I requested my money back, a girl answered and said she remembered me and asked that I come back in to resolve the matter.. I get there and this girl (B) is apparently nowhere to be found and The manager steps in with a nasty attitude and snatched the bag from me and tossed in trash next to her. She then went to register and tossed me $1 and some change as I held my hand out. I asked “excuse what is this” and she says that’s the money for the nuggets. (Mind you I spent $20+ And everything I ordered was wrong) she then grabbed the bag out of the trash to see what all was in it and said she couldn’t refund me. I stood in shock and complete anger. Instead of making a rational decision, I asked for the number to corporate and she walked away for about 5 minutes talking to someone else and slid a paper across the counter As she smiled saying “have a great day” .. the number was wrong but I found the number myself. I’ve been calling corporate for months now and no matters have been resolved. Two different occasions and I will NEVER give them any business again.I didn’t even want to leave a Single Star for this place but I had to in order to post

I feel that some of the burger King gs have improved greatly more so in the employee field this one in downtown town wooster has more friendly/respectfully employees
When my girlfriend got to the window, she said she was sorry but forgot to order a hash brown. The middle aged man at the window sighed and rolled his eyes at her. Then when she opened her shoddily thrown together bacon croissant, it contained a quarter sized piece of bacon and a couple bacon crumbs. This place has really gotten bad.
