Very poor experience...considerably a ZERO STAR RATING- the place as a whole was exceptionally filthy. I would have to say fighting off ants on our table, dealing with our very rude, unamused, and inattentive waitress Tina, holding extremely sticky menus, and sitting at a table that didnt look like it had been wiped down before we were seated as it too was sticky and had food particles on it, was not my idea of a good start to the morning. The entire ceiling is covered in thick dust, especially around the air vents. I have zero plans to return to this location.
Ants crawling on the table. Menu was sticky. Waitress Tina seemed very unamused to be at work. We received a to-go box and then after some time, we decided we no longer needed the to-go box. I then watched as waitress Tina placed the now considered dirty box back on the stack of to go boxes instead of throwing it away. I would imagine that once an item is given to a table, you don't know what was in the box or how much the customer has touched it. It is now going to be given to the next person who wants a box. Unsanitary and disgusting. If they do this with styrofoam boxes, who's to say they don't do the same with forks, spoons, knives, plates, cups, straws, etc. It is also visable how poorly the air system is maintained as you can see the dirt and dark spots fanned out from each vent on the cieling. I'm not sure why this bob evans has let itself go since the last time I've been here but I will surely make sure to not to go back. Management is clearly lacking. Hope they turn things around
Great breakfast, very big portions, individual containers with appropriate condiments and eating utensils. On time curbside delivery. And bro, they have banana nut bread ?
Ordered for delivery, got a message that my person was there to pick up Order and my food wasn't ready yet, she waited 20 minutes and it still wasn't ready. I called the restaurant and spoke with someone who said it was just finished and being bagged now. Now remember I stated the person had already been waiting 20 minutes, we were literally 3 minutes down the road. When we received our food it was COLD TO THE TOUCH. Please explain that to me. If it was being cooked when she got there and bagged after I called....how was EVERYTHING COLD??? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Won't Ever Order from Bob Evans again! If I could give NO stars I would.
I highly recommend this location over the other Bob Evans on Burbank in Wooster. This location always does well with service. The food is always good, and the staff is friendly.I've never had a bad experience here.
Black mold all over the ceiling and on the vents. Dirty cups orange or lemon pulp in my cup. Silver ware was dirty. Men's restroom was absolutely FRIGHTENING. You wouldn't think that the staff and management of this company wouldn't be so poor with their cleaning. I mean didn't the whole country just go through a Lock down pandemic. Never Will I take my family to this location and probably another Bob Evens.
The food quality and quantity has gone way down. On Feb 18th I ordered the 2 grilled chicken breast meal and the chicken was the size of half a chicken breast. The same is true of other entrees.
Their food is yummy ? and delicious ?!! I Love ? the chocolate ? milk ?!! And the free WiFi is Awesome ??!! Just needs to be worked on a bit more for the WiFi connections!! My mother and I were both sitting ? in a booth but with small area between the table and the seat ? on both sides. Would really appreciate it if they could make some more room for people who would be sitting ? in that booth and the table with the chairs ? next to the booth has ample room and there’s a need for readjustment of the space so that it’s easier for people to get in and out of both the booth seats ? and the table with the chairs ?. Also? If they could install usb plugs ? in the booths and where the tables with the chairs ? are would really be helpful too Lol ?!! People need a chance to charge up ? the batteries ? of their phones ? and other mobile devices!!
We stopped in because I needed to get out of the car. So he had breakfast with coffee and I had biscuits and tea. It was good, service was good nothing outstanding.
Average service. Coffee tasted old and sour. Waitress said it was a fresh pot but did not offer to make a new one. It could not have been fresh. Likely won't be back.
