The service was so bad, they would not answer the phone. When i went inside there was one worker and the other was outside talking to someone from Dunkin and they would not bother answering the phone. i will not come back.

I will never order from this store again! Every time I order something it gets screwed up! I used to work here and i know these people know better than this… If you can’t do your job maybe you shouldn’t have one…
This place is disqusting!! There are two men who are NOT WEARING GLOVES WHILE HANDLING CHICKEN!!!! The cashier needs to put her phone down and needed to clean! Absolutely disqusting! To those who wrote great reviews must not have actually looked.
When I worked I went to Wingstop down in Mentor on the lake on the way home I found that to be one of the best wing places around and now that I am retired I live in Eastlake I go ahead and go to the one in Willoughby I find it as good as the one in there in the mentor on the lake. highly recommend great!!
Food is just horrible. The chicken tenders were salty and had to much garlic parm sauce. The fries were burnt and the cajun corn was dry. This my last time eating there cause at this point they need to hire people that can cook and follow a recipe.
Kelly and Anaia (Sp?) Were very polite and attentive to me while I placed my order for carryout and waited.Upon entering the store, It was very clean and it smelled AMAZING!!!The customer service I received was totally awesome.I have never visited or ate at Wing Stop before.After getting home, and unpacking my food, my wings were DELICIOUS!!!My fries tasted homemade, and were awesome.I ordered 3 types of wings and they were packaged carefully,and were phenomenal!!Thanks to the awesome service of the staff, the friendliness of the staff, and the excellent food.....I will be returning to this store in particular.They made a loyal customer out of me!!!
Waited 45 minutes for two orders of wings while listening to the kitchen staff loudly argue with each other. While I was waiting, other customers came in to have their prior orders fixed after being given the wrong food. I love wingstop food but I don't get the sense this location is managed well.
This place has the absolute worst customer service I have literally ever witnessed in my life. It’s a joke, the manager on duty was rude and nasty to the customers waiting, and to the poor doordash lady. I was genuinely uncomfortable just sitting there waiting the way she’s talking to her employees is outright disrespectful. I have NO idea how this place is still in business. I’ve spent my fair share or years in food service and I’ve never seen anything that terrible. She even told the girls working to purposely make someone’s order wrong and told them that she’s not going to offer any remakes for that person KNOWING she’s making the order wrong. Then she forgot my sons wings, then made them wrong and then had to make them AGAIN. Then she called the cops on a customer that cussed at her because she wouldn’t give him his food… I mean it was literally the worst experience I have EVER had. Disgusting. It was a joke, literally. The worst part was honestly sad to see the way she was disrespecting the poor girls working there that had to deal with her… nasty human being.
Placed my order online sat in the car longer than twenty minutes. Come in to get my order staff is just sitting in the back relaxing no food on no orders going!!!! Just completely IGNORING the orders. Employee just throwing chicken tenders in the grease NO GLOVES ON ITS STILL COVID!!!!!
