The quality of the food is better than most Wendy's in the area and the staff do their job well. The only problem I have with this place is, believe it or not, the floor in the dining area. I noticed immediately that the floor was slippery, like someone spilled grease and the residue was still there. I have brand new Vans on and I was slipping. While my wife, son and I were eating, an elderly woman almost slipped and fell while carrying her food. I told the manager about it and he told me this always happens when it's humid and there's nothing they can do. It's only a matter of time before someone hurts themselves. The person who breaks their hip wiping out here isn't going to care if that's "just what happens". Whoever chose this floor for this location is a dope. They need to fix this or I guarantee that there will be a lawsuit from someone very soon, and rightfully so.
Usually the food is freshly good but Saturday April 30th 2022 we got to the restaurant at 10:20 p.m. and the website says they close at 1:00 a.m. and lights were out no cars in the parking lot extremely disappointed. May 2 2022 their computers were down and only taking online orders. The last time I ate here was the last time. That's it.
Did a mobile order, waited in line at drive through about 15 minutes, the order had never been placed, except they took my money right away. I actually waited longer than going through the drive through. And they did not give me the diet coke we paid for. Always a bad service at Wendy's in Lyndhurst, Euclid and now Willoughby. This company is doomed to fail.
Completely appalled but the drive thru staff. A girl just yelled at me when I asked for clarification on them only allowing mobile or door dash orders. I know it is hard to find good work these days but at least train your employees on how to be decent people.
I usually love coming to this Wendy’s but recently this place has been a joke . We came by 2 weeks ago and we were told that they were taking cash only , Okay that’s fine . Just came back tonight and get told they are only doing mobile and door dash orders . That’s ridiculous you’re open until 1AM but can’t take anyones order other than mobile and door dash ? It is a fast food restaurant we should be able to pull up and get some food .
Mobile orders only at 8pm per drive thru employee on speaker - I told her that's crazy and with a line I went on phone and placed my order. I suggest you all do the same to teach whatever manager is there a lesson.
Drive through was good, I ordered grilled chicken, fries and extra salt, and they gave me everything. I was there 1 time, maybe depends on a shift and personal who worked at that time, but other places when i ask for salt they will forget.
I got the new spicy chicken sandwich with bacon. It was delicious. The pickle chips were a perfect addition. Their tropical berry lemonade is one of my favorite drinks. (I just wish it didn't have so much sugar.)
Had to wait for the manager to ring us up as they were shirt staffed... After that, we had a great. Food was good and the store/tables were clean. Wait time for food to be cooked was reasonable.
ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger Waited about 10 minutes and was told to please pull up into a parking spot for a single cheeseburger Upon waiting 15 minutes I decided to leave before I had to say something ... Is worst customer service I've ever seen in my life...... Maybe if people were doing their jobs instead Of having fun It wouldn't take 20 minutes to get one single cheeseburger out the window....
