The line in drive thru was long so I went inside. Someone came from the back & to me they didn't have anyone to man the register so I would have to order on the kiosk & pay with a card since there was no help. I did that, recieved my order & left. At home, I unwrapped my food & just looked at it, see the pictures for a look at what I got. I ordered 3 soft tacos, I think they took 1 taco and divided it into 3 parts. There was about 2 tablespoonful of meat in each, a few pieces of tomato a little bit of cheese, plenty of lettuce & a blob sour cream. The taco wasn't even folded, just kind of thrown into the wrapper. Everything was cold, not even warm to the touch. Cold. I've been to this location three times in the past week, thinking I would give them another chance. Once at 4:00 in the afternoon they were closed. Won't be back.
My after drinking dinner number 2 arrived like this. Do better I am sad :(
I’ve probably gone to this location a handful of times so I really only had one bad experience but it lies in customer service so for me it’s important. I am a customer. I drove all the way there and the credit card machine was down, also they were only accepting exact change. It wouldn’t have been that bad but the way the young lady said it over the speaker was unapologetic. As soon as I pulled up she said this “our card machine is down and u gotta have correct change”. Not one thank u for stopping at Taco Bell, or sorry for the inconvenience. I just pulled off. I wasn’t about to spend my money there.
Went to taco bell around 1am last night after coming back from out of town. Due to the timing taco bell made the most sense...but this lady was legit so annoyed at the fact I was there. She immediately said "were only open for pre orders and doordash" and I asked "so I can order a Doordash pick up and wait for it?" (You know no ones there so technically what's the difference, it's literally taco bell and takes 2 minutes and order either way)This was the response. And I felt the eyeroll...."OMGGGGGGGGG UGHHHHHH PLEASE DONT DOOOO THAT...." the tone, the audacity, you're getting paid and at this point it's not to do work or take orders...I get there may be rules in place but that response was unwarrented and not well explained if it were due to rules. It was just pure rude and downright lazy it felt like. Incredible disappointment in her service or lack there of.
We ordered at a taco bell on the other side of town and realized we didnt have money on us so we left. Our order was $15 and some change. the exact same order at this location was $17 and some change. The drive through was soooo slow and barely anything in the shells. It wasnt good it was lame. Wont go to that taco bell again.
I would seriously love to know why this place is even open still? You like paying your employees to stand around and turn down customers all day telling them to go find somewhere else to eat or to learn how to cook?!
Taco Bell employee of the month. Supposed to be in training but literally asleep at the table.Location is short staffed. No cashier. All orders via kiosk.Order for three people was 50% right. All items were there…but they also put chipotle sauce on every item. We did not order it that way.
The lady working the drive-thru was so polite and professional. The sound of her voice just made me happy. The food was actually really good. They forgot my hot sauce. They specifically asked if I wanted any sauce and then forgot it. Not a big deal at all; I had some at home. Service was quick and my order was correct.
They have messed up my order almost every single time. And they can't even blame the pandemic because it was happening prior to covid. Food is sloppy. Don't bother sending a message to taco bell directly. They never get back to you. They should just close the Willoughby location and be done with it.
Good fast food...got the order right...and was not just thrown together like most places!
