Hoping this was a one time experience. Could not wait to stop at Swensons since we are college students visiting home for a week from out of state Could see the servers attitude completely change once they saw the tip amount. And to top it off, once we arrived back to our hotel in Mentor, I found my galley boy was completely pink on one of the patties. As a fellow college kid trying to get by, and I also work at a fast food establishment-I have some words of advice for your crew members, never expect a tip especially although they are nice, and no matter how stressed or rushed you feel it is always better to make a customer wait rather than possibly give them food poisoning.Some good notes, teasers and chicken nuggets were great and our drinks were perfect!
First visit, really enjoyed it. Service was prompt and friendly. Ordering was easy once we told them it was our first visit.We had double cheeseburgers, fries and a tasty strawberry shake. Burger was made to order and delicious.While I'd prefer to eat at a table, eating in the car wasn't so bad, and it's for the experience.Handy tip for other first timers, park your car so that the number on the pavement is at your hood.
A simple door dash order of 2 burgers and 2 sides and they couldnt get that right. One side was missing. Terrible lack of attention to orders
We love swensons they are so fast and pleasant! food is delicious and there is a ton of bacon on the BLT I highly recommend it
Despite the light snow falling and dozen cars that all pulled in within 2 minutes of each other, service was awesome and food was amazing as always. Love me a galley boy and fried shrooms! Server Sai was as cool as the backside of the pillow and answered my questions about the fried balogna without hesitation! These guys are HUSTLING!
Dan is the best worker here and is so hardworking, love him. highly recommend this location. also ask if Dan is working when you stop by, he’s a good one.
Tried the fish sandwich and BLT. Fries were underwhelming, could have been fresher and it took about half hour to get our because they were busy, but other than that everything was great.
I wish the menu had prices on it, also wish they had more than just one size of french fries (which is small). Quality of food was good as well as taste. Dont forget you gotta order each individual topping for you burger they come with NOTHING on it
Service was extremely slow, workers casually walked over to cars that have been waiting for service. If you’re looking for fast service don’t come here
Servers bust their butts and do a great job. Too bad some of the folks making the food don’t seem to care. Have had good orders, but I’ve also had completely wrong orders. Toppings on burgers haphazardly tossed in the wrapper, and recently had 4 chicken nuggets instead of 6 as ordered. But when things are right, very delicious. Milkshakes are phenomenal.
