I ordered a chili five way and I believe the guy misheard me because there was no onion and no cheese. The portion serving was as if it was for a toddler. The third picture shows how it looks when you open it and they kind of spread it out so it looks like it was a bigger portion but as you can see when I mix it it is tiny!! I finished it and literally like four bites ? It seemed like a joke smh
I don’t understand how this place is never open. The hours posted apparently mean nothing. The once or twice I caught them open the service was absolutely terrible and the shake was a mess, half of spilt down the sides. What the heck happened to this place? Where is management?
If you're into waiting 20 minutes at a drive-thru line then getting subpar, room temperature food then this is the place for you!
I purchased a meal on the app (PAID IN ADVANCE) & proceeded to drive to the location just to be told they are closed. According to the app, google & the signs on the door they were supposed to be open for 2 more hours from the current time of 8pm. I prepaid for this meal & was told they were closed & DID NOT even have the ingredients to make my order. Even after reaching out to support I never received my money back or any sort of compensation so needless to say they won’t see me there again.
Just avoid it. Went there at 12:15 pm and was told that they weren't open - despite the posted hours and the gigantic "Now Open" sign in the front. I don't know who owns this franchise, but their employees must truly despise them. Just close the place if you're not serve food lol and if they were actually closed consider opening for lunch (it's traditionally a meal time for Americans).

Its totally reasonable for a doordasher to wait half an hour for a couple burgers right? Totally normal. Totally normal for a business, thats open, to not answer the phone either right? What a trash can.
We received gift card for Xmas & tried to order online but said "card was invalid" ? So we drove there & after waiting a considerable amount of time in the drive-thru, we went home & the food was horrible ! Mine was suppose to be a buttery single with caramelized onions and fries & paid 7.50 for this combo. The burger was greasy and paper thin & the fries were dry. The strawberry shake tasted like vanilla mixed with strawberry syrup.. I didn't eat this mess & threw it in the garbage. Per my experience at this location, Do NOT waste your money !!
Horrible business. Literally sat in drive thru . The employees were sitting and laughing and talking. While we all sat. They took none of our order ignoring us. Then a guy was their picking up a pre-order and he was ignored to..
Staff simply does not care at all. I waited 50 minutes in the drive through when there were only two or three cars ahead of me and the inside was closed. I'm fairly certain they just didn't want to take orders, because they would wait a good 10-15 minutes between taking each order. When I got to the window, there were several employees just hanging out and chatting, and no one seemed to be in a hurry to do anything. None of this is exaggerated. The food was ok but not even remotely worth the wait.
