My daughter and I both ordered our drinks and I had a free drink code on my phone. Apparently the lady didn't know how to use my coupon so she took my drink off the order completely. I waited for 10 minutes and still I didn't get my drink. Looked at my receipt and she never ordered it. She must have been on a break by this point because she was sitting at one of the tables with a shoe box. I said you seriously didn't even order my drink? She said "I'm sorry" with a blank stare. I didn't have time to wait to REORDER. I was having a special day with my daughter and we had to get to the movies and she still wanted to shop at Target. I'll stop at the one right there OUTSIDE target before shopping from now on. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
With more than one Starbuck's on the way to work, one can pick and choose. When this location moved to the former Schlotzsky's location, the benefit of drive thru was added, making one who is not as motivated to get out of the car during in-climate weather, a new customer. You can use the app and order ahead (in store or drive-thru) and the service is fairly quick (not sure if the new one close to 90 effected their customer base). All in all, a solid Starbuck's.
