Everything was good, but asked for cold foam and paid for cold foam on one drink and did not receive the cold foam. Not too thrilled about this

I work at another starbucks, however i come to this one every morning because it’s on my way to school. i have partner numbers which gives me a store discount and i know and love a lot of the staff. the woman at the window, however, (i believe the store manager), gave me a bad experience. it might have been renee, but i can't confirm. she would not take my partner numbers and asked for my ID. i forgot my wallet at home so i explained how i come here every morning, told her my numbers, and listed my name. she did not care, she charged me full price. i did not say anything, i simply held up my phone to pay. she proceeded to say, “if you have a problem or something, you can take it up with the store manager, me.” i even said “no it’s fine”, being cordial, even tho her comment was condescending. she then said “thanks for the attitude” in the snarkiest manner. i’m disappointed in the service, especially toward another partner. very hostile and i was not happy.

This store makes my morning every single day! I am so proud of how kind and caring the staff at WIllo-Som Starbucks is. They are always willing to provide a smile and the most welcoming atmosphere. Such great people work at this location! Outstanding service x 100!! This is my home away from home when I need a spot to relax inside. Thank you all for amazing service!

Great service! Well not a fan of Starbucks, but will say the service was fantastic. Personable and attentive staff.

Customer service at this location is awful at the drive thru window.

Food and drink was good I was a little disappointed that my stars were not used i clicked to use stars and showed the barcode she said I have to tell them I wanted to use them. No where does it say that.

This is the only Starbucks in the area who "understood the assignment" when I asked for my coffee to be course ground. I use a 1960s percolator and had been dealing with floating grounds for months!I wish their hours were more consistent. It sucks they can't find anyone to work ?

I had the absolute best expirence with Emily! She helped my daughter (Emily) and I pick out our drinks, she was so friendly and helpful!

Mess my order up 2 times in same visit got home and order was still wrong. Starbucks not my favorite

Your unstable hours should be grounds for closing permanently. There is no reason or purpose for you to even be in business. Shut it down. That space can then be used for businesses that actually have employees who show up for work.
