Red Robin has the most awesome burgers!!! YUM YUM YUMMY ? bottomless fries and soda is the way all burger joints should be ?? Become a member and enjoy the tasty benefits. ? The Royal Red Robin & Guacamole Burger are excellent. If you're not in the mood for burgers try their Clucks and Fries ?.
Use to be one of my favorites. They remodeled the old way was way better. It's boring now. The food and service just sucks. Short staffed obviously. Our fries tasted old and soggy also they were drenched in season salt over kill. My wrap tasted like it sat 4 hours. Way too much BBQ sauce on it. My sons burger was burnt. Like a bunch of 8 year Olds could of done better. Our waitress was good. Bout it. Very disappointing.
I placed a carry out order. Paid with a credit card. The hostess was pleasant until I paid. As I signed the slip of authorization, the employee quickly snatched the receipt and pen to write $0 in the tip section. I always fulfill my gratuitous duty when service is provided. I owed her nothing!! Very rude, distasteful, and disturbing. Not a good look to have someone so unprofessional working at the front of the establishment. I didn't catch her name. She had a neck tattoo (Ella, I believe) and within our 2 minute transaction, she pulled out and checked her phone 3 times. Highly doubt this is acceptable by Red Robin!
Burgers are major. Very good flavor. They charge separately for "bottomless" fries. They give a very small portion for a charge at first, and then you can keep asking for more. The "more" is still a tiny portion. Asked twice and gave up. lol. Also, be aware of that little tablet on the table, the minute you touch it, there will be a charge for some "digital entertainment" or something like that. No one tells you. Just use it to pay your check at the end, that's all.
Normally the burgers are good but this time my burger was on the dry side. The garlic fries had too much garlic sauce on them. Our waitress helped customers at a table seated after us then she attended to our table.
I didn't think about this before I ate, but I ordered the new fondue burger. They gave me this tiny cup to "dip" my burger in and said it's the same amount as the big tray shown on the advertisement. The cheese wasn't even hot and I had to scoop it out of the cup.Two stars only for the garlic fries. Hot and fresh.Update 2/2/22: Contacted support. Very friendly and helpful. Raising the rating due to customer service and will give the location another try in the near future.
If I could give them less than a 1 star I would. My wife took her daisy girl scout troop there. She called a few days ahead of time to reserve a table for 13 individuals. Their response was they do not take reservations days in advance that you would have to call that day. So today they called ahead after the girls were all excited about going and they told my wife that they do not take parties over 6. So my wife said that is fine can you divide us up regardless of how many tables you need to seat us at. She was not even concern if they were in the same section or if they had to be divided into 3 or 4 different tables. The fact that the 6 and 7 year old girls were excited about going to Red Robin was all my wife cared about. Their response was no madam we can not seat you all. So my wife preceded to ask for the manager who she spoke with. Her name was Tiffany and she refused to give anyone her last name. Tiffany was down right RUDE and told my wife that if they all showed up at once that they would seat half the party and make the other half wait 45 mins to an hour to be seated ! She then blamed it on the fact that their kitchen could not keep up ! Now I was in the restaurant business for 15 plus years as a cook! If you can not manage a 13 top half being children then you might as well shut your doors for good ! This party was no different than if 6 separate tables came in all at once. Luckily my wife found a LOCALLY owned restaurant that was more than willing to accommodate them a mind even bought girl scout cookies off the girls ! WE WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN AND WE WILL MAKE SURE CORPORATE NOWS HOW THEIR RESTAURANT IS TREATING THE COMMUNITY AND local troops!
They refused to allow our group of 6 Daisy Scouts (6 year old girls) and their moms (total of 12) to eat there because they couldn't accomondate that many people. We offered to sit at seperate tables in seperate groups but it was not good enough and we were denied eating there. Our girls were celebrating the end of our 1st cookie sale with a fun meal at what we thought was a family/child friendly place. Instead we got 6 dissapointed hungry kids. Thankfully Lucios in Eastlake easily and happily welcomed our group. What would they have done if 3 groups of 4 people had walked in at the same time? It was 6:30 on a Tuesday...not a busy weekend. They didn't just lose business this one night...they lost future business of 6 local families.
The food was good. A lot of the food items on the menu we had requested were not available. The original order of Mozzarella Sticks were cold and we had to request another order that was freshly hot. The digital payment machine on the table suggests what tip to pay, it wouldn't allow me to choose my own tip. It charged me $12 on my credit card for the waitress' tip. The servers and waitress were very professional and courteous.
Red Robin was our favorite place to dine for 15 years. Unfortunately their business model has changed. Service. Customer Satisfaction and LACK OF Qualified Managers has caused this location to suffer. My experience with managements unprofessional behavior, childish attitude and complete disregard for the customer has put Red Robin as a place to avoid completely!
