Food contamination: Ordered mushroom pizza. Asked for a clean cut on my pizza since I am a vegetarian.Guess what I got on my pizza! Chicken!

Loved it! Hadn't been to a Pizza Restaurant for a fresh Pie served at the table in 15yrs. So we went on National Pizza Day. The waitress was really kind ?
This is my local pizza hut that I FREQUENT. Today I ordered the EXACT SAME thing I always do; a large pizza with extra cheese. I was charged $4 more than I usually am, but I thought, no big deal because the convenience of curbside pickup was worth it (having my child in a car seat and the cold weather). We pulled into the restaurant and there were about 4 cars in the lot right by the 3 curbside pickup signs. Keep in mind, no one was in these cars. Due to the snow I didn't want to try to wedge my car in between these cars so I parked approximately 20 feet from front door of restaurant in the next available parking spot. When the lady walks out with our pizza she VERY RUDELY says "wow" and shakes her head. She then pointed out the curbside signs (which I obviously saw) and I explained my parking situation to her. I really wish I KNEW HER NAME and that my 6 year old wasn't in the back seat. Sadly I will NEVER be ordering from this location again. I, too, work in the service industry and this woman's behavior was 100 percent uncalled for. B.I.T.C.H
Horrible service....they closed the dining room as soon as me and my 5 beautiful brown grandchildren entered the building, hours before closing....things to make you go hmmmm ??. I even called ahead to ask was the dining room opened and was told yes; arrived 15 minutes later to only be turned away. I will NEVER patronize this location (Willoughby- Euclid Ave.), too bad for them because I have shared this terrible experience with many people, organizations, including powers to be.

We went there to celebrate my grand childrens' birthday. They are twins. They were busy that night but our waitress made sure that we were waited on brilliantly. She suggested appetizers since she was running behind and brought them soon afterward. We had a large group but she made sure that we were all taken care of at every move. The food was hot and it was good and there was plenty of it. At one point during the meal someone said, this is the kind of waitress we always want to get but we never do at every other restaurant we go to. She was lovely. And the food was delicious. She even brought a complimentary cinnamon dessert and saying happy birthday to the twins. We love Pizza Hut pizza and we love her.
I ordered a stuffed crust that was almost thin crust and hard and had very little cheese. When we called the location to express our displeasure, the employee was rude towards us but did offer us to come back and get another one. Pizza hut is not close to me so we opted to get a store credit after it was offered by the employee. The employee hung up the phone and I have no way of knowing if I ever got this store credit or not. We were attempting to thank her and such When she hung the phone up. She was very rude despite us being respectful about our complaint.
Absolutely terrible experience. Delivery driver was amazing but we didn’t get half of our food. Didn’t get our drinks. Pizza was absolute soggy garbage. What a complete waste of money.
Dine in while you can. Love being able to eat in this iconic franchise. A real treat.
