We ordered the sour cream and chive and potato and cheese pierogis along with a basket of fries. They were all really good. First time having them deep fried. I think we will try a dessert pierogi next time.
These pierogies are delicious. I will never buy frozen pierogies from the grocery store again.
I wanted to love this place because pierogies are my favorite but unfortunately they weren't very good. We got 20 pierogies for $30 because they raised the prices to $1.50 each. We also got the butter and onions, potato pancakes and cabbage with noodles. The only option we were offered was to take them home to cook so that's what we did. It was quick and easy but took awaile because we had 5 people who each got different flavors. They were all different shapes and sizes, the bbq chicken had a giant hole in it before i even took it out of the bag.We were disappointed with every single one of the pierogies. They were doughy and lackluster.
Stopped today while walking on way to downtown Willoughby. I am of Polish heritage and make pierogi with friends and fam. The guy behind the counter patiently answered all my questions about the dough ingredients, methods, and fillings. We got a potato-cheese, dry cheese, and spicy black bean. All delicious! Highly recommend. We were on the move and going back to a hotel so we asked for them to be cooked. Their method is deep-frying and so if you don’t like a little grease, then take them home cold and do it your way…but the flavors were very good.
Best pierogi hands down! Great service, easy to work with & the food is fantastic!
There is an impressive variety of pierogis to choose from including vegan options!
Place doesn’t look like much but food is amazing and great price.
I drove over 30 min just to come here and I'm so satisfied. They had so many flavors of pierogis, I tried 7 different flavors and all were delicious and very well priced! Highly recommend! Plus it's a small family owned business and they obviously work hard and love doing this.
Love this place! Jay always has a phenomenal variety of pierogi that he makes himself. He is as personable as can be, and even recognized me; and I haven't been there in 3 months. My brother-in-law always hits the Westside Market location when in town. Whenever I'm in the Mentor area, which isn't too often, I always make sure I make a pitstop. WELL worth the trip. Thank you Jay. You and Your Palace are a true gem ♥️
We placed an order for pierogies today. We came home and there were no onions and no butter. We were given dry pierogies. This is unacceptable for a restaurant that specializes in homemade pierogies. Our order was a waste of money. Very disappointing.
