I am giving this location 4 stars. They were well staffed and very friendly. Our order was completed quickly and the food was good. I am subtracting one star because they forgot to include the biscuit with my meal.
The evening shift staff is horrible. The food can be a hit or miss, you never know what to expect with the cook quality of the food. They actually served a biscuit that was charred on the top; burned to a crisp.
Don't go to this drive thru unless you have at least a half hour to sit and wait

Awful!!! I spend 38.00 for an online deal with 8 piece 8 piece tenders, large mashed potatoes, large coleslaw, and 4 biscuits. I added mack and cheese. And had it delivered I only received the chicken and biscuits. Tried calling the store it has been busy for almost 2 hours. Never again!

The dining room is open which I appreciate so much! The woman who took our order appeared to be a manager but maybe not. Either way she was kind. The place is clean even the restroom. But my FOOD was definitely worth all of it! Great service and quality KFC!
It's a regular old KFC.Nothing was wrong.
