Ordered fried pickles and got extremely thin slivers of pickles with way too much salt flavor. They must have been low on pickles. I won't order those again. The food can be hit and miss. The beer selection is okay, and the service was good and friendly. I usually go elsewhere, but our friends ended up here for drinks before heading to the food truck area.
We came in for diner and drinks and they let some guy in names doc with a dog. Who then proceeded to let his dog sit at the bar not by his feet but paws on the counter drinking from a bowl. We had food coming placemats silverware and he sits directly next to me. Never moving his dog to the floor and every time I moved my arm to grab food the dog would start trying to get to my food. I was beyond upset and it ruined my whole me spent 50 some dollars to eat 2 bites and lose my whole appetite how often is this happening are they ever actually wiping down and cleaning after and what kind of health code violation is that to allow the dog to sit there at the bar begging for other people food??? It's not like the bartender didn't see it happened she went and got the dog a bowl of water and delivered our food and talking to the patron with the dog.
Worst services I have ever received I was flat out ignored by the bartenders. The bartenders were to distracted chatting with their friends to serve anyone else. This place is like a high school clique if you are not friends with the bartenders you are not getting served. The food here is terrible the kitchen staff has no idea how to make a pizza or properly cook one. The bathrooms are disgusting to the point where I felt the need to call the health department. The health department has gotten so many calls about this place when I asked if they needed the address the women on the phone said "No, we are familiar with Frank and Tony's". These are NOT the words you want to hear from a health inspector, this place should be shut down!!!
All food is good here. Drinks are great and happy hour prices are the best in town.

I have always liked this bar, however had a bad experience this week. Was in the other night for date night and the new bartender was awful. I have heard from friends who go to FATs a lot that they don’t care for her, and now I see why. She was very rude off the bat and there were many issues the worst being she was in what seemed to be an hour long argument with a customer. Customer was a young woman who was crying because the bartender was being very mean to her and overheard her telling someone bartender was threatening her. This was a whole scene at a point with yelling which was unpleasant . The only upside was the other bartender Britney. She was very attentive to the entire bar, felt bad for her with how stressed she was because of her coworker but she still did her job well. She handled the situation the best she could and was super nice , she was the only one who even acknowledged a lot of the customers most the night. Appreciate that she thanked us and other customers for their patience and apologized a lot on behalf of her coworker which was not fair to her. Britney was the reason I would be returning because her and most of the bartenders I have been served by are phenomenal, this was my first bad experience. but if the new one who was there that night is there I would honestly walk right out. Oh, and she made our drinks wrong and when I asked about it she threw a fit instead of apologizing she just walked away with attitude. Britney remade them for us.
Normally I have a phenomenal time! Especially when Brittney is bartending! But unfortunately this one bartender named Rachel was very rude to one of my close friends! On top of that accused someone else I was with of having a fake ID when it was clearly real and checked by multiple other bartenders. She also threatened my friend trying to fight her. ??
I always have such a wonderful time at my favorite place in downtown willoughby!!! The other night I received an incorrect tab when I let the bartender know I got a terrible attitude swore at threaten to call the police on me for simply trying to pay the correct tab. She then continued to circle the bar sit with her friends speak dirty on me and my friends. She then was talking with my other friend who complemented her nose ring then proceeded to tell her she was an mma fighter and told her to let her friends know next time they get an attitude!! She continued to come up to me and threatened me tell me I was not allowed here. The bartender rachael then harassed my friend trying to kick me out. Included her fiance would hurt everyone in the bar. The lovely Brittney corrected my tab and made things right including the manager who stepped in an diffused the situation letting me and my friends stay and end our night on a good note.
Hannah and the other bartenders did an amazing job they were very attentive and kept a smile as well as being very sweet the food was also good will be coming back
