I stop fairly often at this Dunkin donuts and it consistently disappoints, I have to question my own sanity because somehow I keep expecting a different outcome. I usually don't bash a place we have all had a bad day but yesterday they served me a Luke warm stale cup of dark colored liquid that they try to pass off as coffee. Absolutely awful. The sandwiches are thrown together quite obviously no care taken in assembling. Stay away at all costs.
The staff was very helpful really nice it was a clean environment the donuts were fresh an Delicious great experience
i never write reviews but i have been going to this dunkin every day for about 2 years, and they must have gotten a new owner because it is now TERRIBLE. 3 of the past 4 times i went i received the wrong drink. you can tell the staff there just simply do not care. the quality has gone down so significally that i am now going elsewhere. such poor service and quality.
This DD location was out of all the doughnut flavors I had mobile-ordered. It was my first time downloading and using the app so I qualified for a free cold brew coffee. One of the employees (I believed named Preema) was really kind. Not only did she give me the free coffee but she also told me to cancel the order through the app while giving me a courtesy doughnut of another flavor that she recommended. It did not disappoint at all! Wish we could see more employees like her, who truly know know the meaning of Customer Satisfaction. I ended up with a DD gift card of value higher than my original canceled order after contacting the service team.
I agree with Paige Johnson. The management here is awful. It is just barely legal. They leave minors unattended in store by themselves with barely any training. The owner cusses at the kids and treats them with disrespect. The owner is very selfish and only cares about himself and his money to the point where he has made his employees wash out cups and reuse them after yelling at them after seeing the cups in the trash. He also threatens to not pay employees after small mistakes. All the sinks are backed up and the frozen machine that makes all the coolattas, frozen chocolate, and the frozen coffee is completely backed up and is absolutely disgusting. If I were a parent of a kid or a person looking to apply, I would highly suggest not.
this location has absolutely horrible management. the owner is rude, disrespectful, unfair to his employees, and the list goes on. i have personally heard and seen several counts of mistreatment toward the employees at this location and it is unacceptable. may i add, i am an ex employee at this location and i have personally experienced mistreatment from him as well. i have never in my life seen or experienced such terrible management/disregard for employees. so happy i left, and i advise others to stay away if they are considering applying.
Why are the drink carriers so cheap?!? They’re so weak you can’t even carry 2 drinks in them securely. Think about the customer instead of trying to pocket the saved money on cheap carriers when you’re a business based off drinks
Both times I have been to this location nobody else in drive thru line, get up to window and sit and wait. Workers standing around talking. This time, I ordered 2 donuts which the girl said they had, but when I got home only 1 was the kind I asked for! Hard as a rock!! They charge $2/donut for that? I will go get fresh donuts at Biagios along with good friendly service.
I could tell you 100 amazing things about this location. Been fortunate to live around the area for 10+ years and know most of the workers there. Just awesome people and a fun crew. Show some courtesy and you will get it back ten fold. You guys rock !! LOVE going here man.
There was a young male who was cussing at other workers over the speaker in the drive thru and was mocking my order in the back ground. Then when I came up to the window for my coffee a young girl with multi colored hair said I was disgusting and laughed at me for getting my iced pumpkin coffee then closed the window and I’m not happy will be coming in Monday to speak to management. Order also took 30minutes to just get my drink.
