The pizza we ordered was really good We had also ordered Philly Steak sandwich You have to try it one of the best in the city Parmesan and garlic wings Spinach Feta bread everything was good The garlic twists with the dipping cheese is delish...Thumbs up Every time I order Dominoes Mentor or Willoughby Its always good !
I wish I could give this place no stars. I ordered food from here tonight and for the second time, they didn't put sauce on the chicken habinero so I had to go back up there because a manager said I lied about them not putting sauce on the sandwich. As if I would lie about that. So once I drove back there, they saw that there wasn't any. I got no apology, but recieved this, a chicken habinero sandwich drenched in sauce...this is how they treat their customers! I will never go to this location again and will be calling the corporate office!
Food is delicious but be ready to wait an extra 20 minutes than the app says every time and don’t expect professional staff to help you out.
I order a pizza and salad. Only received the pizza. The delivery guy was super nice and said I would receive a credit on my account. I never got the credit and my card was charged the full amount. I would have appreciated a partial refund or a credit since I didn't get what I paid for.
Very disappointed the whole order was bad and for the price it should have definitely been better then this..
Ordered pizza that was supposed to be delivered at 715pm. Didn’t show until 12am and was wrong. Still trying to get refunded 3 weeks later. In the store now and they are just acting like my wife and I don’t exist. Do not recommend.
For over a year now they have had long delivery times. Always 2+ hrs for delivery or 1+ for pick up. I understand short staffing everywhere but don't let customers place orders if you can't deliver till you are closed.
3 hours wait, no pizza, was told no refund, company policy. After fighting for it I finally got my money refunded. THEN the pizza showed up. Was told multiple times the order just left the store. Literally 3 hours!
Online ordering was available. Had to call to place order. Was on hold for 30 mins with no answer at all.
Ordered at 6pm. Wrong order delivered at 6:30. After multiple calls and talking to a very very rude manager and two nice ones. It is now ten pm and my correct food has supposedly been out for delivery for 1.5 hours. We live 15 mins away from the store. Do not recommend.
