For my birthday my fiance bought me a chocolate Oreo ice cream cake and they actually took the time and wrote Happy Birthday on it for me I enjoyed the cake thoroughly they were very courteous and I will be going back another ice cream cake

Very dishonest double cheeseburgers are 2 for $5 but if you don’t specifically say that instead just say I want 2 double cheeseburgers they charge you $5.98
gave me a mini blizzard. i paid for a medium. they say they “couldn’t do anything about it” didn’t check my bag before i left but i definitely will from now on.
So tired of places not offering dine in options for families especially when its a Grill and Chill location with hot food. It's winter so it's not like we can just take the food to a park to eat. What happened to having quick, reasonably priced inside dining options?

Ordered ONE Blizzard last night. Checked the receipt this morning to find out my debit card was charged for TWO blizzards plus extra sprinkles! I checked my account online thinking maybe they just gave me the wrong receipt and sure enough, they billed me for two blizzards plus extra sprinkle. They have a dishonest employee and I will be going there when they open at 11:00. Now I have to get a new debit card because if someone does that, who knows how far they'll take it! ADDENDUM ~ Manager explained it could be due to the new trainee and made the situation right. Thanks.

Went there for my Grandson, & he inhaled his chicken special. He loved it & it was piping hot.
i come here all the time to get an oreo blizzard with extra oreo & they handed me the wrong thing first, had to pull back around, then they made me it again & it was all ice cream? i paid $7 for vanilla ice cream with black specks. manager on duty was very condescending while all the employees gave me a death stare. unfortunately will not be returning here unless they take care of my experience here.
