Order almost 70. Worth of food never got delivered. They won’t answer their phone and was told by Door Dash I would not receive a refund.
This was the most unfriendly chipolte we have ever been to. It was maybe the most unfriendly and rudely ran restaurant we have ever been to. They seemed bothered by us being there to get food to go. The counter where they keep the little food bins was completely disgusting. I don’t know why we didn’t just leave.
I always order online and pick up from Chipotle. The workers at this location are always pleasant to deal with and this location actually gets my order correct everytime. Euclid & Willowick locations always forget half of my items or get our actual bowl orders wrong.
Honestly one of the worst Chipotles. They either don’t fulfill your order correctly, they give you the wrong order, or they run out of certain items and give you a partially completed order. Then when you go up there to get your issue solved, the manager acts like they don’t know what to do
So disappointed with chipotle recently I usually don’t ever post negative reviews but the quality of food has just been so bad. Ordered a bowl a few days ago and the rice and meat was so greasy the paper bowl was literally ripping because it was so soaked with grease. The restaurant itself is dirty and nothing ever looks fresh. Do better chipotle!
I really don’t understand what is going on here but my families order is wrong literally every time we order. They forget sides, chips and drinks, serve cold food, uncooked rice and stale chips. It’s so disappointing because we generally really love Chipotle. This entire staff needs replaced.
The place was so nasty, food all over the counters an did not even order food cause its so dirty in there I couldn't take it I don't wanna get sick ?
I got a veggie bowl and all they gave me was rice sour cream cheese and lettuce. I didn’t even get guacamole or veggies!! I would give them no stars! Never going to the location again.
Literally the worst. One person on the line and she has an airpod In lmao. Chipotle used to be a well oiled machine. They just do t give af anymore
