This place is usually always spot on and great service as always but here and there I’ll order chicken nuggets and sometimes they come out soggy and not crispy and honestly they don’t even taste like Chick-fil-A nuggets.. SO the first time it happened the manager was amazing and sent me 3 free meal vouchers WOW what a nice guy right? We’ll fast forward to maybe 8-9 months later i call with the same issue it and some poor kid had to listen to me complain about my order because the manager didn’t speak with me directly and just had there teen age employee tell me that it’s an DoorDash problem not there’s. Mind you my order was on time and I live 10min away. So whoever is manager today 6/11/22 maybe try and handle discrepancies with your food directly with customers instead of making a teenager who has no fault deal with it.
If you've never had a Chick-fil-A Original chicken sandwich... You Don't Know What You're Missing!! It's so fresh, crispy, and juicy, and the size of the chicken filet will amaze you!! You gotta get one! This is the BEST chicken sandwich on the planet!! We're so hooked on the Original chicken, that we haven't tried anything else on the menu yet,... but we will.. My husband and I choose Chick-fil-A over any and every other fast food restaurant.. PERIOD! The combos contain a nice amount of waffle fries, the kinds of drinks are plentiful, and tasty, including shakes, & sundaes, my new favorite is the Cloudberry, the size that comes with the combo is kinda small, but it is sooo tasty, fruity, and flavorful. You gotta try it! Next time, I gotta get a LARGE!! And more than Great food, the service is Top-notch!! They have the most polite, helpful, and friendly employees, that make you wish that everywhere you went, you received "THAT" type of service, and treatment. Everybody should experience the Original chicken sandwich and the Cloudberry drink at Chick-fil-A! You may never eat chicken anywhere else!!Thank you Chick-fil-A for the best and juiciest chicken sandwich I've ever tasted!And please don't change anything, then you will have us as loyal customers for life!!

I ordered a medium strips catering tray as I do about once a month. My order was not ready when I arrived. I waited over 20 mins. One sauce comes with it and I bought an extra Chick-fil-A sauce. I got a BBQ, that I did not order and the extra was not there. Imagine order a tray of 45 and not having the Chick-fil-A sauce everyone wanted. This is actually the third time my catering order has been wrong from this location. I think we will try some where else
I purchased a chicken sandwich and a side of maç and cheese. The chicken sandwich didn't have any kind of dressing on it just the chicken on a bun. The mac and cheese was as dry as the desert it looked like it had been sitting in the bottom of a pot for hours. I don't think I'll be going there again!
Used to be one of the better Chick Fil A’s.. now they’re INCREDIBLY slow. Especially after 1:00pm. I’ve been in the line for over 30 minutes. The Hi-C fruit punch always tastes like water as well.
Always a great experience...Always order through app and pick up. Not sure why people wait in long lines.
Great fast service. First time legitimately having food from here. Chocolate milkshake was actually pretty good since I'm very picky about that since not many make it well. The waffle fries were decent, wish I had grabbed seasoning, and the chicken nuggets were good too. Found out I need to have a chicken sandwich to know what the hype is about. Next time I will.
I placed a $40 order and two of my food items were NOT in the bag. It's great to have fast service but not if it's inefficient and customers are wasting money on food that is forgotten!!! Moving forward I will double check that everything is in my bag before pulling away.
Line moved pretty quickly. The drive thru looks overwhelming with all the cars but signs helped make the process move smoothly. Very friendly staff..
