Hello,Lovely Saturday morning spent with friends at this incredible establishment. Normal post-covid wait time. We all ordered variations of the Cha’King meal and these are our thoughts:Dom- Thicc, Juicy, SurprisingHannah- Worth the WaitNate- Goated w/ Sauce“May the grace of the Lord Jesus be with you. Usually Burger King is pretty decent. Only two cars before me in line, but waited over 20+ minutes for a mobile order. Multiple items were missing from the order and the fries and onion rings were literally just thrown in the bag. Will not be returning and for sure will be calling to complain. Highly advise going elsewhere. Not worth your money, or risking your health.
Been going to this BK for years. Not because it's especially good, but because the one closer to me closed several years ago. I'd say this one gets the order correct about 50% of the time, even if it's a single person order, they still mess it up half the time. Not sure what they make/hr, but I know $15/hr was proposed. Amazing that someone could make that kind of money and still only have a $3/hr work ethic. It's not brain surgery people, not sure why it seems so difficult to fill a simple order correctly. Sign of the times, I suppose; everything is deteriorating in our society.
Good customer service and food. The restaurant seemed to be clean and organized.
It was ok. They always have something going wrong that makes service take longer or not possible at all
Messed up order, no big deal until the lady taking the order made it a big deal, refused to replace my drink that was flavorless also. Ended up making the burger right but with some old nasty bread. I just threw the whole meal out rather than deal with her again. Surprised this place is still in business. Employee # 611186
As far as Burger Kings go, this location is always good.
Good food Good Service prices are high as the other fast food joints are now.
Sometimes I wonder why you see people who are into their mid and late 30s still flipping hamburgers for a living. And then I get served something like this and thank God that they are not in the healthcare industry, or something. Because if they can even be asked to leave the mayonnaise off a burger without putting a triple helping on it because they hate their job so much, then I guess that they're maturity level, or ability to fulfill a simple request will preclude them from ever moving beyond the drive thru window
In today's world good fast food service is hard to come by. I know a lot of this is due to staffing. So when was in a hurry to get dinner on the run last night I decided on Burger King. To my surprise it was the best fast food service I had received in awhile. Not only were they prompt, the order was correct, but the biggest compliment goes to the girl who took my order. She gets an A+. A message to this young lady, don't let anyone steal your joy, your amazing and can and will go far in life.
