Hands down the worst ever experience and Burger King I’ve ever been to. We were the only people in line and it took us 20 minutes to get our food. I get it that times are tough and no one wants to work anymore, but good god I’ve never experienced worse management at any food establishment.

Went there stood in line ,yes there were a few people in front of us. But waited to just order food. People waited to get there food for 20 minutes. The one employee was yelling and grabbing food from other employees. Very rude. We left because of this. We weren't the only ones that left.

With chain restaurants it's tricky to give a solid review it all depends on who is preparing the food but my burgers were cool I asked for no ice and got ice its a simple ask the service was good but the items I received were sub par

Drive thru was not busy however when I asked about adding another fry Whalen I pulled up to pay I was told I’d have to go around and order again?? Really told get back in line? SMH

Morning shift worker 1/13/22 refused to serve me and left the counter because I did not have a mask on. I am ? vaccinated and did not see any sign that says that a mask was needed to come in. Horrible customer service!!!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I have never gotten so much sass from a worker I’m my life. The level of rudeness that I experienced is in unbelievable. The food was good, if she didn’t spit in it. Drinks were practically half full. Would not recommend this Burger King to anyone.

Waited for 25 min after opening and no one answered at the drive- through. There were four cars in the parking lot but no one available for service. Attempted to call, line was picked Up an hung up without answer. Multiple employees visible inside. No one will answer. Not a holiday.

Worst customer service ever. Tried going through the drive thru but no one answered and a note said they closed at 2 (placed an online order after 2). Parked so I could try and call and noticed after about five minutes the car that was behind me pulled up to the window so I tried again and still no answer so I drove up to the window told the lady I had an order online and she sat there and argued with me telling me I have to tell her through the freaking speaker not at the window while the car behind me was honking too cause they weren't being helped either. Had to drive all the way around for a third time just to get my effing food I already paid for. She tried saying that shes been at the speaker the whole time and was helping everybody but obviously that wasnt the case

The 50 Ft. tall, illuminated 24/7, main sign, says “Drive thru now open”. The drive thru is not open. The restaurant is not open. Every single light on the plot of land is left on. Old people sit at the closed drive thru for hours.
