Last time we went it was really amazing. Wasn't busy so we got seated immediately, greeted by our waitress quickly, and food was delicious and hot.The southern chicken sandwich was melt in my mouth with great flavor. The has queso for appetizer was also a delight. We even had so much chips we ordered large salsa for only $1.80 more, not bad price at all! No complaints...only reason why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is that this isn't consistent.There are times that I go and the wraps seem dry even though I ordered a sauce like garlic parm or the boneless wings seem overcooked.It really is a hit or miss with this place, but the flavor is always on point and the service for me is quick and I usually hardly have to wait to be seated.Maybe there is a difference between dinner and lunch or weekend and weekdays but the last time where everything was perfect food wise was 6pm on a Sunday. Lunch time on a Tuesday was when the food wasn't the best I know they could do

If I could give negative stars I would.Everyone was great at being apologetic but that’s it.We were forgotten after ordering for an hour. Watched 3 groups that came in after us eat and leave. Finally get out food after a little over an hour and it was cold. Not just slight chill, it was really cold. We tell the manager but we didn’t want to wait another hour for food so we said we would keep it. We asked if we could have the ranches and bbqs we ordered with our meal.. I kid you not it took over another 20 minutes for us to get our sauces. By that point everything was now not only cold but soggy. Needless to say we told them we no longer wanted our food and left to find some place else to eat. Please note, they sat our party of 6 + a baby without a wait time. They were not busy.

We had dinner there on a Sunday evening. Order was taken in timely fashion by nice waitress but after that it was horrible. Long delay for food, cold food, ALL of it, forgotten appetizer, wrong food sides brought, very confused server. IT WAS TERRIBLE. A waste of $80! I would steer clear of this place!!!

The absolute worst dining experience ever! Food was undercooked and/or cold, orders were wrong, took 20 minutes just for the waitress to take our drink order and then 45 minutes for us to get our drinks. It wasn't even busy! The bathrooms were disgusting and dirty and the dining room wasn't any better. This place should be shut down!

Food was good, waiter was okay could have been more helpful and quicker but most places are slow due to the pandemic so no real complaints

3/7/22 around 7:30pm. My son 16th birthday.was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had, and my two children had to witness. It was my sons choice for dinner and we were second in line to be seated. Finally seated at a four top table in the middle of the floor basically and the waiter ( a man ) let us sit there unserved. No drinks , no I’ll be with you. We watched him get the gentleman that was in front of us his drink and appetizer. Patrons around us got refilled drinks, their check, and food. With bonus of conversation. Wasn’t a busy night, there was multiple servers in this area but we could tell the room was split in half . After sitting there 25 minutes with no service. I then realized we were the only black family in the entire restaurant and We truly felt as a family this server was refusing to serve us. We ultimately walked out and went to another restaurant where we had his celebration dinner. But it was alot of questions from my 9 year old. “Are we invisible mommy?” How does a parent answer such questions . Me and my husband kinda just sat in silence in the car cause we had no words and was furious but trying to keep good spirits about our son bday.

Just close this place down already and put the people of Willoughby out of their misery! Maybe a restaurant that has better service will replace it and I will still drive out of my way to go to another BWW. Today we had to flag a hostess down because we were waiting so long at the “please wait to be seated” sign. Then the manager, hostess and a server started a pow wow in front of us- still without any kind of greeting. So we left and went to the Mentor location. This isn’t even the worst experience I’ve had at Willoughby, but it’s the last! Do not go to this location, they just need to close!

I dont how there is no wing combo in store. But for take out there are options. Need to change this. Other than that no complaints. Signed up 4 rewards. Got free nachos. Sweet.

The service was great the waitress was friendly and smile

A lot of places advertise a product as "hot", and if you really like hot... it comes up short. The Blazin' wings, however, will leave you satisfied.
