Food was decent, aside from the scrambled eggs we got for both meals and the country fried steak. The eggs were undercooked, my husband got sick from eating them and I chose not to eat them because mine were clearly undercooked. We ordered through DoorDash so unfortunately by the time the food got to us, the country fried steak was soggy because the restaurant put the gravy directly on top of it prior to pickup. The times we have ordered this and picked up ourselves, the gravy has been in a separate container.
We stopped for a quick mid-morning breakfast and found the place busy. We told the waitress that we had a commitment at noon a distance away and wondered if we should stay or not. She was cordial even though it was obvious that she was quite busy. She kept us informed as to our food and had the bill available before we finished our food.
Good food and great service
I've been here for dinner three times in approximately the past three months. The service and the food has always been mediocre. Food portions are small. Last visit was bad. After being seated, waited about 20 minutes for anyone to show up again to offer drinks or take order. Once coffee came, family member has to stare at coffee for 15 minutes because we had to aske the waitress three times for silverware to stir in the sugar and creamer. When my dinner came, I was told that the corn wasn't ready and they would bring it out. They never did - she just brought the bill and completely forgot my corn. I watched another customer walk out in disgust because her chicken was cold. To their credit, however, after I complained about never getting the corn I ordered, they reduced my bill by the entire cost of my dinner. Ehhhh, take it or leave it, there are other places to eat that are way better in food serving size and customer service.
The food and service was good. Seemed to be understaffed for a Sunday morning. Waited to be seated when we got to the restaurant. Waited to be greated at our table. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff
Great food ?? Service is usually really good as well. Been going here for years. One of my mom's favorite restaurants. Like a lot of places they are having employment problems so things are a little slow right now just be patient the food is still great.?

I order sausage gravy instead of country. Same order I always get at every Bob Evans I go to.I wanted to leave after the waitress brought a bowl of sausage gravy right after I ordered. So by the time our orders got there, it was cold.Yummy
Had not been in a while. Food was good. Servers were pleasant, my booth had just been wiped down before seating.
Biscuits and gravy was delicious. Coffee was very good. It is nice to see such professional and courteous servers. My server, Aniece, was very pleasant and attentive.
I have never had poor service at a Bob Evans. Everyone here seems to go out of their way to please. They are especially welcoming to young children. Food is good and prices are fair
