If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered pizza for our daughter's which was soggy and undercooked. We overlooked this. We ordered a chicken sandwich which looked good until we cut it open. The sandwich was unfortunately raw! We asked for the sandwich to be returned. We asked for them to comp us a drink while we wait for something else and they refused. Ok no big deal. They then scanned our card twice. One for the sandwich they were supposed to comp and then the remainder of the bill. The manager was inappropriate and obviously inexperienced. We Will never take our family here again.

Service was excellent.. chicken was a little tough and the polenta was weird.. like a paste. The live Music was awesome and great beer selection

The vibe in downtown willoughby is the absolute worst its a bunch of drunk, ignorant and rude children. That attitude then rubs off on the staves of all the bars down here and then the staff are rude back to the customers, its a never ending cycle of rudeness. Out of all the places down there the most ignorant, rude and belligerent of the drunken children that frequent this area seem to end up at this place. No staff member here has ever had a polite attitude when I talk to them, and I have never had an intelligent interaction with any person who goes here. When I drive through this area I often see people run right out of this bar and straight into the street. I would avoid even driving past this place you may find it has an effect on your IQ in a negative way.
had an AMAZING 5 course New Years Tasting menu and fabualous drinks. JT and his crew were awesome and Rue (sp?) was a fantastic server. thank you for an amazing evening
It was our first time there last night! Absolutely amazing service!!! The food was incredible & half off wine for the win!!!! We will forsure be back!!!
Booked far in advance for a booth. Sat at the uncomfortable high top in the corner with a tiny table. Didn't ask us if we wanted to wait for a booth. Literally said,"I know you booked a booth, but all we have for you is a high top." Appetizers were mediocre, entree was delicious though. Service was okay. Cocktail menu was not impressive. Also, how is this a steakhouse?
