GM Terri was working the front counter and was extremely impressive. Courteous to a fault under the tough circumstance of the new (and wildly popular) Wagyu beef burger being sold out. She explained the situation to each customer without frustration and went out of her way to take care of each alternative order. Additionally, the store is very clean and comfortable. Terri is a bright star and Arby's is lucky to have her on their team!
The only restaurant food I like better than my own cooking is their roast beef gyro
GREAT park, but I really wish they had bathrooms! There was one port-o-potty and my son told me that they did just clean it that day (he saw the truck pull up to do so).
Went through the drive thru on my lunch break, ordered a chicken sandwich, sandwich had no chicken another time I ordered a Greek gyro this time no lettuce tomato or sauce, what's going on there? Crack house Arbys ?

I was really craving a fish sandwich and Mac n cheese. I’m so glad Arbys brought back the white cheddar Mac n cheese. I’m eating it now and it definitely hit the spot ?? Also, the line moved quickly, and the man at the window was efficient and very pleasant. Thank you, great job ?
All I asked for were 2 Fish sandwiches. They were the worst sandwiches I have ever gotten from Arbys. They were tough and dry. Warming tray? Cooked twice? I bet they know.
Ordered roast beef sandwich & it wasn't warm. My coffee was also not hot, lukewarm.
Food is always cold and the cashier is so abrupt that it makes her a little rude.
Had to pull to the side to wait for my food....which was not a problem. I just couldn't understand how everything was cold! I mean cold cold.... none of the sauces where in the bag and my root beer was flat. Wasted 23 bucks! Disappointed
