Great vegan/gluten free breakfast and bakery items. They also have alternative milk options and even vegan ice cream! Staff is always friendly and store is clean. A must stop in downtown Willoughby!
The staff is great. 5/5The dessert selection and quality is 6/5!The coffee is more 4/5, it just needs more of a punch to it, it is very subtle flavoring if you enjoy that. (Even my chai was just not that strong to me. However, it may have just been the particular drinks we ordered. All we can do is go back and try more!)
Was just passing through Willoughby on our way home. Had a craving for a good cup of coffee and Google found the Arabica Coffee House. What a great little place! A good selection of coffee drinks and bakery goods. I think they even had some ice cream. That all being said, the thing I enjoyed most was the friendly service. The staff was very inviting. I will definitely make a point when traveling by Willoughby, I will make a point to visit this coffee house again.
Love Arabica. Best mochas in Cleveland area. Most Arabica's,are gone but this one shines. Very friendly and helpful staff as well.

5 stars. The owner is chill, makes face, and the employees follow suit. Fantastic rice crispies and muffins served here. Try their Iced Cuban Latte sometime too!
