I usually come to this Applebees all the time with my husband or he comes here by himself because it’s in the neighborhood where we live. But I’ve NEVER had any issues until today. Jennifer G. was amazing she took her time serving us. The problem we ran into was when we got our entrées. My husband hadn’t eaten all day because of work and I thought it would be a good idea to take him to one of his favorite places. We both ordered the bourbon chicken & shrimp dish, which is usually one of my favorite things on the menu, our chicken was brought out super dry with no garlic butter at all. We let the manager know and instead of asking if there was anything he can do he informed us that he can put regular butter on our chicken because the “delivery truck” doesn’t come until tomorrow. The one thing I disliked about this was the fact that we were not made aware of this before we ordered. Had we known before hand we would’ve picked something else on the menu.Though this is one our favorite places to visit, we will not be back again!
The service was fantastic, our server ran the whole floor by herself. She had an amazing personality and was friendly. The staff seemed friendly to people of color and the food was okay. If you try any of their alcohol drinks, try the long island which is very good and strong! If you're looking for a place to eat not for cheap but, something; check out Applebee's
My husband and I went to this Applebee's and probably had the best service we have ever received at an Applebee's location. Leeshawna or as she prefers Leelee was great. She deserves a raise. The food was great too.
the sizzling chicken and shrimp skillet is my number one dish! my go to dish everytime. I Love it.
Paid extra for ranch to do my mozzarella sticks and didn't get it. No straw for my smoothie and no onions on my steak. A real disappointment. Got half way thru the steak and could not finish it because it wasn't cooked all the way. Still pink in the middle and ended up puking it back up. I specified cooked and no pink. $54 for garbage
Service was great! Food not so good. Ordered I think it was three cheese pasta with fire tenders. Something like that but I had to send it back. The fries cheese curds where super salty. But again our server was absolutely great!

Waited 30 minutes to be seated in an empty Applebee's and the food was Despicable my pasta was cold, my wife's chicken wrap was stuffed with lattice soggy with a piece of chicken and each one... for nasty meals for $75
Place was fairly empty and the service was kinda slow. The kid got his food 1st... That was good. It took a while to get our check. Food wasn't bad.
We came there with our family. There were 11 of us. They said 10 max. We said we can separate. They said since they know we have 11 - can’t serve us. Illogical. When asked why the manager said “just because”. No line. Dining room pretty dead - which now makes sense because they are terrible. Went next door to BW for good service.
