Rounding up to 5 starts because I don't believe you'll find a larger beer and whiskey list in the area. Mixed drinks were reported as not being overly boozy.Food is good too, albeit not exceptional. My mother really likes their haddock. I had a patty melt on a recent visit that was good, albeit on unusually small slices of rye. The fries are definitely quite good. My wife's salad looked good as well.
Arrived shortly before 9:30 pm and there was no host. We waited for several minutes and then went to the bar and asked about being seated. The bartender said she would look into the host situation and have us seated. We went back to the main lobby to wait. We could see the bartender never left or checked by watching the security camera behind the desk from where we stood. More people stood in line until going back and asking again, and then being told the kitchen was closed.
Great wait staff... good food and good drinks... the atmosphere was great... the food was the only issue. It was good but bits and pieces were burnt and the wings were drowning in the sauce. Just the key elements were burnt, the bacon on the fries was charcoal. The wings themselves were burnt and the grease in the fryer needs changed or something... now that being said the flavors were there aside from the burnt parts. And that is the only reason 4 out of 5 stars...
I can't unfairly rate this joint lower or higher. On a Sunday night, we had low expectations of what may be open, so I don't fault them for this. But the website said open until 10p. Couldn't get someone on the phone when we called ahead, as it was an automated message. Unfortunately, when we got there at 8:40 we were told the kitchen makes last call at 8:45 so we couldn't order. Oh well, they still offered us in for drinks, but we were starving so had to move along. Bummer. They seemed nice about it! Knowing the food industry, I certainly didn't want to be an inconvenience to the staff. I'll def give it another try down the road and update accordingly, as I've had good experiences in the past at other locations.
Great whitefish, the shells and cheese is a little bland, the coleslaw is good and the cheese bread better on dine in than takeout.The lizard lips aka chicken strips are just as good as most places and the fries are good. They do have an excellent array of sauces.Burgers seem on par with most sit down joints. Overall it's a good meal for a reasonable price. Their beer menu is nice. The margarita was okayish.I would recommend eating their instead of takeout as they left the coleslaw out of the meal and we had to return, their takeout containers allows the bread and fried items to get that wet, limp taste.
We had the worst service ever! I went with my mom and two kids and got seated by 7:35, ordered drinks and an app that was special to st patty’s day. It took 45 min to get our app. We had no silverware…had to ask for silver ware and plates three times before we got anything. My daughter was served the wrong meal (the server tried to blame it on the guy who brought it to the table…throwing him under the bus saying he was new, but he read us the ticket and she clearly put it in wrong). Then we asked for a fork and it took me getting up to find one/the bus man finally getting us one. Then the server came over and said she was no longer serving us and the manager would come over. When the manager, Jackson came to the table, he argued with us about how long it took to get out app and plates/silverware(what happened to the customer is always right?) and then when I said this is f***i g ridiculous, he said he did not need to be cussed at. Well, excuse me sir, but my family and I will never be setting foot in this establishment ever again. Taylor is an awful server…flustered very easily and makes a lot of mistakes! Make sure if she is your server, you ask for a new one.

Awful. Waited an hour for our food, had to take it to go bc we needed to leave, and still were charged full price....there was 1 other table in the restaurant. The server never apologized or tried to make it right. Too many other good places to go here ever again.
This location is always solid. Wings are always on point. Apps are always good. The Ceaser, despite using shaky parm, is good and the dressing is extra punchy.Sarah, in the whiskey bar is a great bartender/server, always has recommendations, and is just an awesome person.
