Wingstop is a God send. If you like nice things this location will do right by you.Orders are consistently accurate when I place them through the app, I’ve never had to wait longer than estimated, and the order is always fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly enough and the store is always pristine.I’ve been on a chicken sandwich run with Wingstop and tried the Hot Honey flavor this time…don’t do that, it’s greasy with little to no honey I’d wager. Stick to the staples that make the wings incredible: Louisiana Rub, Lemon Pepper, or a true sauce of your choosing.

New chicken sandwich flavors are amazing the Louisiana one by far my favorite! Stop in and check them out Aaron helped me out my last visit and went above and beyond the chicken was fresh, hot and crispy 10/10 highly recommend

I think this place just had a rough opening. I've ordered here several times without any issues. This place hits a nice sweet spot between quality and price and I get wings here a couple times a month.

We went in to order food later on in the evening on a weeknight. Place was empty, and the front counter person was friendly. They made our food and we good it home and ate it with no hassle. It seems like most of the reviews have a problem with the online ordering system, which actually is a website issue and not a store issue. Dunno where these folks shop for food, but last I checked, they don't house web developers inside the actual store. Call corporate. In terms of taste, it was pretty decent. The wings are, as another reviewer noted, about the same size as Roosters, Quaker Steak and Lube, or BW3. The sauces I tried were reasonably good and the fries were a tad salty, but not nearly as bad as Chipotle chips (where you can literally see them coated in sea salt). The ranch dressing portions were generous and I felt like I got a decent meal for my price. I feel like they could use a better hotness scale because the 4-rated sauce I tried was definitely not as spicy as I was anticipating, but it was still tasty lol.The store looked quite clean, so no problems there. The drink machine being behind the register is weird but the counter guy was nice about telling us that we could go back there. Of course, I came likely just before close so I don't know how this place looks or operates during peak business hours. In terms of worker availability, that's a well known issue that many restaurants face. Who wants to go to work when the government pays you better to stay at home? The staffing issues will likely go away once the COVID relief money dries up and people have to find jobs again.I've personally experienced the worker shortage at the Little Caesars right next door (they struggle to keep hot n ready pizzas available during peak hours), the California Pizza Kitchen at Polaris (where they were literally only seating 3 tables in the whole store), and plenty of sit down restaurants quoting 60+ minute wait times on weeknights (that aren't Friday) because nobody is there. People need to calm down and quit taking life so seriously ?, it's an everywhere problem. People in Westerville aren't hurting for money like they are over on Morse Rd, that's why Morse Rd has more employees. Parents, make your kids go to work to earn their weekend money. Problem solved ?In any case, this isn't something I'd come back to eat weekly or even monthly because chicken wings are a "gotta be in the mood for it" for me, but it's definitely one of those places I'll keep in mind next time I get a hankering for wings and don't want a pizza with it.

Just don’t go. It might be fine for online orders only. I just needed a gift card. If you check out their website you can’t order them to have to physically pick them up.Door was padlock shut.Poster on door stated that were too short staffed. Look wingstop in Westerville, if you’re not paying enough for good help you don’t deserve to be in business. The wingstop on Morse rd had their act together. I walked in and out, bought my gift card.

This location is horrible! I ordered a 10 piece combo tonight and my wings were way too overseasoned. I got lemon pepper and Louisiana rub. Way too salty. So we're my fries. I tried wiping them off but nothing helped. I tried calling the store and nobody want to answer. It's like they just don't care at all. Not about the food quality or customer service. The food wasn't edible at all. Go to Morse road location. They are better. A LOT BETTER!

First I wanna say that I noticed a lot of one star reviews on this but for whatever reason it made me more curious to try, most of the one star reviews are due to them not answering their phone. Well when I was growing up (I'm not even that old) we WENT TO PLACES TO ORDER most of the time so not a big deal to me. Great fries, good wings, and friendly employees. Leaving one star because you're too lazy and impatient to walk in and wait for food is just petty and ridiculous. Don't listen to all the Karens on here and try it for yourself to determine if it's good or not.

waited on the phone 40 minutes. my co worker and I are in a semi truck, and were hoping for food. not only did we not even get someone to answer the phone, we couldn't even order online like it says to do in the pre recorded message. very disappointed. went in to order, and was told it would be an hour wait.... won't return.

Im officially fed up with them. I just drove 20 minutes to get here and the door is locked, no sign about what time they open or close. Only sign saying to order online and then when you do that it says not available at this time. GET IT TOGETHER. Have some kind of consistency or just close down completely already . No where else is doing this. There is no staffing excuses anymore. The amount of money they lose everyday from not being open or closing early could be paid for fair wages to get staff to be open regular hours. Just lost a regulr customer with this stupidity.

I'm not sure what changed at this location but I have noticed some new people and the service has went downhill quick! They never answer the phone and I've sat in front of the store while calling and watched them ignore the call. They also won't take in-person orders as of last week and require an online order to be placed. To top it off, they close the store whenever they want to. My husband went at 5:30pm and it was completely empty. I truly hope they get it together because I love wingstop, especially this location but they need to start over with the staff or have some coaching on customer service.
